Method: Utilizing the phenomenon of digitalization amongst white-collar workers as the empirical context, a quantitative research approach was adopted. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed among white-collar workers within a Logistic & Supply chain company. Conclusion: The results of this research show that white-collar workers perceive that AI will enhance the sense of autonomy and competence, which in turn will increase their expected work motivation.
