Previous issue date: 2016-08-19 / A troca de dados espaciais entre utilizadores necessita da Infraestrutura de Dados Espaciais (IDE) para fornecer os recursos necessários para atingir esse fim. Nos últimos anos, diversas iniciativas foram tomadas para a implantação de IDEs pelo mundo. No Brasil, foi instituída a Infraestrutura Nacional de Dados Espaciais (INDE), pelo Decreto Presidencial no 6.666, de 27 de novembro de 2008, formalizando um Plano de Ação para implantação de IDEs. Conforme as características básicas levantadas pelo Plano de Ação, esta dissertação faz uma análise geral das arquiteturas existentes para uma IDE, uma análise dos sistemas de software livre candidatos a compor essa infraestrutura e, ao final, a especificação de uma visão arquitetural genérica e a definição da composição de sistemas baseados nessa visão. Os sistemas avaliados nesta pesquisa foram encontrados por meio de uma lista global que apresenta mais de 300 sistemas de software livre sobre informações geográficas. Foram realizadas análises comparativas dos sistemas selecionados, a fim de se fornecerem informações para auxiliar os responsáveis pela instalação, configuração, personalização e disponibilização na escolha dos sistemas, com economia de tempo e de recursos. Os sistemas analisados foram implementados para a IDE do projeto IDE-TERRANTAR, cujo objetivo é disponibilizar dados geoespaciais sobre o continente Antártico, mais especificamente sobre a área de atuação do governo brasileiro naquele continente. Após a implantação e escolha dos sistemas, eles foram confrontados com os existentes no projeto de implantação do Geoportal da Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), criando-se, desta forma, uma sugestão de arquitetura genérica implementada, exibindo os sistemas utilizados e sua correspondência em outro projeto. / The exchange of spatial data between users needs the Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) to provide the necessary resources to achieve this propose. In recent years, several initiatives have been taken for the implementation of SDI in the world. In Brazil, it instituted the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) by Presidential Decree No. 6,666, November 27 of 2008, formalizing an Action Plan for implementation of SDIs. According to the basic features raised by the Action Plan, this work is an overview of the existing architectures for an SDI, an analysis of free software candidate’s systems to compose this infrastructure and, ultimately, the specification of a generic architectural view and the definition composition of systems based on this view. The evaluated systems in this study were found by a global list that features over 300 open source systems about geographic information. Comparative analysis of selected systems was carried out in order to provide information to assist those responsible for the installation, configuration, customization and provision in the choice of systems to promote time and resource savings. The systems analyzed were implemented for IDE- TERRANTAR project, which goal is to provide geospatial data of the Antarctic continent, more specifically on the Brazilian government's area of operations in that continent. After the implementation and selection of systems, they were confronted with existing in Geoportal implementation project of Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), it creates this way an implemented generic architecture suggestion, displaying the used systems and their correspondence in another project.
