O presente trabalho trata da necessidade de uma instituição financeira que, dada a sua expressividade, possui, de reduzir sensivelmente seu prazo de fechamento fiscal, pois depois que ocorre toda a movimentação contábil, se torna necessário que a área tributária tenha agilidade suficiente para participar do processo do fechamento mensal sem que haja interrupção no seu fluxo. Devido à legislação fiscal ter mudado de forma substancial nos últimos tempos e a quantidade de obrigações acessórias aumentado de forma vertiginosa, torna-se necessário que cada vez mais tenhamos duas premissas básicas, equipe altamente qualificada e treinada e ferramentas que auxiliem e deem segurança para suprir tais necessidades. Um fato extremamente relevante é a segurança das informações bem como sua rastreabilidade, pois numa suposta verificação por parte do órgão fiscalizador, vem a ser o diferencial entre receber uma autuação ou não. O problema reside como elencar e implantar uma ferramenta confiável que venha a garantir a viabilidade do processo, depois de salvaguardar-se de que a escolha da empresa a prestar esse tipo de serviço cumpriu com todas as premissas necessárias que além de fazê-la habilitar-se em um processo licitatório, precisa-se que tenhamos um contrato robusto com cláusulas que protejam a instituição contratante tanto no quesito de cumprimento do objeto do contrato nos tempos acordados, como no quesito sigilo, assessoria e consultoria. Os pontos fundamentais na implantação de um sistema de solução integrada passam por uma disseminação cultural dentro da empresa para que a equipe acredite e valorize a ferramenta a ser utilizada, bem como a montagem de um grupo multidisciplinar de trabalho para que não ocorram desenvolvimentos paralelos que venham a atender parcialmente as necessidades tornando assim inevitável o retrabalho. As barreiras de customizações e as peculiaridades da empresa devem ser mapeadas e diagnosticadas previamente para que posteriormente não cause trauma, os processos até então utilizados devem servir de exemplo onde se pretende chegar, mas de maneira alguma se deve imaginar que os mesmos devam repetir-se, muito pelo contrário, o momento de implantação é o momento de revisão nos processos até então utilizados, e não deve-se ter receio de voltar atrás quando necessário for, para que a nova ferramenta não seja vulnerável a falhas antes apuradas.O trabalho ainda discorre sobre todas as fases da implantação da solução bem como todo o aprendizado que tivemos com o processo, passando pela concepção, criação e correção de fluxos onde precisavam interferência. A substancial vantagem está na automação dos processos, no que se refere inexistência de inferência manual no fluxo, o que garante um nível de segurança muito satisfatório, bem como trilhas auditáveis para que sirvam de base de sustentação a questionamentos que são cada vez mais frequentes, após a conclusão da implantação da ferramenta, um adicional no processo, é que se ganha em agilidade e conhecimento em nível de empresa, bem como nos futuros desenvolvimentos que surjam, utilizando-se da lógica, valorizando os acertos e evitando os erros que se incorreu anteriormente. / The present work deals with the need for a financial institution that, given its expressiveness, has, to substantially reduce your term of fiscal closing, because after that occurs throughout the handling accounting, it is necessary that the tributary area has agility enough to participate in the process of closing monthly without disruption in your workflow.
