Utvecklingen av mobiltelefoner och mobiltelefonmarknaden ökar i snabb takt. Bara i Sverigesåldes ca 3.8 miljoner mobiltelefoner år 2011, över hälften av dessa var smartphones.Användning av en ny teknisk enhet kan i många fall vara problematisk till en början och olikastandarder kan utvecklas. Därför frågar vi oss hur lätt det är att byta mellan idag ledandesystem; hur användarvänliga är de för nya användare av andra system? Med hjälp avanvändartester testar vi systemen Android och iOS. Vi lyfter fram områden där systemenvisar brister samt lämnar förbättringsförslag, samt diskuterar om områden där det enasystemet gjort en lösning på ett mer välfungerade sätt. Datainsamlingen skedde genom attgöra användartester på våra testobjekt, HTC one X samt iPhone 4, en testperson i taget ochsammanlagt åtta personer. Testpersonerna fick en enkät med uppgifter att utföra påtestobjektet, denna uppgift fick sedan en svårighetsgradering samt om möjligt en kommentarav testpersonerna. Testerna resulterade i olika problem hos testobjekten, men det slutgiltigaresultatet visade i en hög användbarhet i båda fallen. Vi ser möjligheter till att förbättra bådasystemen men inom olika områden. / The evolution of mobile phones and mobile phone market is growing rapidly. Sweden alonesold approximately 3.8 million mobile phones in 2011, over half of which were smartphones.The use of a new technological device can often be problematic to begin with and differentstandards can developed. Therefore, we ask ourselves how easy it is to switch betweentoday's leading systems; how user-friendly are them for the new users of other systems?With the help of user testing, we test the systems Android 4 and iOS 6. We highlight areaswhere systems show deficiencies and provide suggestions for improvement; we also discussareas where one system has a solution to a more well-functioning manner. Data collectionwas done by usability testing on our test devices, the HTC one X and the iPhone 4, one testperson at a time and a total of eight people. The subjects were given a questionnaire withinformation to perform on the test object, this task were then given a difficulty rating and, ifpossible, a comment of the test subjects. The tests resulted in various problems of the testobjects , but the final result showed a high level of usability in both cases. We seeopportunities to improve both systems but in different areas.
