This project presents an overview of the social interactions that play a role in the development of a work culture that many nurses find hostile. strong evidence that many factors are related to the nursing shortage contributing role in creating a hostile nursing work culture. These factors include patient workload, a lack of consistent mentoring, gender inequality, stealing, and educational disparity among nurses.
