Orientador: Ana Clara Bortoleto Nery / Banca: Arilda Inês Miranda Ribeiro / Banca: Hélia Sônia Raphael / Resumo: Esta dissertação aborda o tema da formação de professores da educação infantil no Paraná através do estudo das políticas e da legislação educacionais implementadas entre 1961 e 1996, com o objetivo principal de reconstituir a trajetória de formação do professor paranaense. Este período justifica-se pelas modificações promovidas pelas Leis de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação e pelas reformas educacionais no país. O estudo fundamenta-se em uma análise documental qualitativa a partir de fontes bibliográficas da legislação: a LDB nº. 4.024/61, as reformas nº. 5.540/68 e nº. 5.692/71, a LDB nº. 9.394/96, a Lei nº. 4.978/64 - Sistema Estadual de Ensino do Estado do Paraná, no tocante à formação do professor de educação infantil, e a Deliberação nº. 034/93 do CEE-PR, que estabelece as normas de formação para atuar na Educação Infantil, além das Propostas Curriculares do Magistério, dos Referenciais para Formação de Professores, dos Referenciais Curriculares Nacionais da Educação Infantil, e outros documentos oficiais que dizem respeito a este nível de ensino. Essas análises são mediadas pelas contribuições de Arce (2001), sobre as políticas para a educação infantil; Campos (1994), sobre a formação de professores na educação básica e as políticas de educação infantil; Kramer (2005), com a discussão da política do pré-escolar no Brasil e a formação dos profissionais de educação infantil; Kishimoto (1999), com as políticas de formação profissional para educação infantil; Kuhlmann Júnior (1998), sobre infância e educação infantil; Pimenta (1997), com reflexões sobre a formação de professores para a educação infantil e políticas de formação do profissional de educação infantil; e Rocha (1999), também sobre a formação de professores de educação infantil. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This dissertation addresses the process of teacher education for acting in the early childhood education in Paraná through the study of the education policies and legislation carried out between 1961 and 1996, with the main aim of revising the history of teacher education in Paraná. This period was chosen because of the changes in education due to the implementation of the Laws of Directives and Bases of National Education and the education reforms in Brazil. The study is based on a qualitative document analysis, with the use of these bibliographic sources: LDB n. 4.024/61, the reforms n. 5.540/68 and n. 5.692/71, LDB n. 9.394/96, the Law n. 4.978/64 - State Education System of Paraná, regarding the teacher education for young children education, and the Deliberation n. 034/93 by CEE-PR, which establishes the norms for the education of professionals to teach young children, as well as the Curriculum Proposals for Teachers, the References for the Teacher Education, the National Curriculum References for Children Education, and other official documents related to this level of education.
