This diploma thesis deals with the technological process of production of a short reconstruction nail, which is used in fractures of the femoral neck. It is located between the hip joint and the femur. The work deals with the analysis of the problems from the point of view of medicine, developmental stages of the implant, materials used for the production of reconstruction nails and a description of individual technologies of nail production.
