Návrh technologie výroby zvolené součásti a aplikace navržených změn do výrobního procesu / Technology Design of a Selected Part and Application of the Designed Changes in the Manufacturing Process

This master thesis deals with a design of technological process description for a mechanical engineering part called „pressure plate“. The component is analyzed in regards to its mechanical engineering design and used material. Some brief theoretical prerequisites for an effective solution of the problem are summarized in the paper. A detailed research of current technological methods is provided, together with an analysis of the State-of-the-Art in manufacturing, introduction of technological possibilities of the company and a timeline records of the manufacturing process. In regards to the current methods and technologies, changes to the technological process are applied. Among these changes is a unification of machinery used in the process. This leads to an innovation of the methodology and the ways to clamp the component. Other applied alternations focus on a stabilization of the drilling process, which is reached by a choice of new tools and adjustment of cutting parameters. Furthermore, a variable coding of tools in case of automatic tool change is designed. This paper then provides two possible solutions based on proposed changes and alternations. These solutions, together with the tools mentioned, are subjects to a techno-economical assessment.

The dissertation is focused on the bearing production technology issues. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and evaluate the influence of the technological processes on properties of the functional surfaces of an outer bearing ring. The development, rolling, grinding and turning have been selected as basic technological processes. The subject of the surface integrity research on test samples is the measurement and analysis of the quality of the machined surfaces and residual stresses in the surface layers of the bearing rings. The comparison is made in relation to the previous operations - rolling, turning and grinding.

The first part of the thesis is focused on kinds of cylindrical straightening machines and on processing of bar stock and tubes. Next is the thesis dedicated to the production of the main part of the lower oblique cylindrical roller straightening machines. The production takes place on an older turning machine Škoda Plzeň SR1000/5000. In the following part of the thesis is solved the possibility of using new technologies and new machining CNC machine, that would increase the productivity, quality and accuracy of the product. In the final part of the thesis is solved technical and economical evaluation of proposed technology.

The master thesis is about creating technological process of production of a rotational part. The specified part is crankshaft and it is a new contract in manufacturing company. The goal is to design a CNC technology and verify the technology in production. There are used turning, milling and drilling methods in the machining process. There is a hexagon presssed in to the part, which requires a special preparation. Production requires the involvement of co-operation for nitriding surface treatment of the shaft. In the end a selling price is determined.

The goal was achieved by an experiment. The necessary measurements were taken on the front part of the oil pump box. Measurements are described and evaluated in this thesis. As a next step, optimal technological process was applied to other parts of the oil pump box. An economic evaluation was carried out for a selected technical process.

The diploma thesis deals with preparing the production process of the winning prize, which contains a selection in the form of a hyperbolic paraboloid in its upper part. The work is divided into four main chapters. First of all, the introduction part of the diploma thesis presents the possibilities of programming in the Sinumerik control system. Next, the mathematical requirements of the selected surface - hyperbolic paraboloid - are explained. The practical part consists of creating an NC program where all the theoretical knowledge from the introduction is applied. Finally, the diploma thesis ends with an economic evaluation of the selected element.
