Návrh technologie výroby distančního kroužku / Draft of spacer production technology

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new technological process for the production of a spacer ring with a diameter of 212 mm in cooperation with the company Meopta – Optika, s.r.o. The production of this component according to the current process does not comply with the prescribed geometric tolerances of flatness of the face and radius runout with a tolerance field size of 0.005 mm. The work is a detailed analysis of the specified component and describes the current technological process, including the machines on which the spacer ring is manufactured. Based on the knowledge gained from the analysis of the current process, a new technological process was created. During the production according to this process, some geometric tolerances were also exceeded, but the values exceeding the prescribed tolerance field were significantly reduced. The department of production technology found the results to be sufficient and the spacer ring will be produced according to the new technological process. In the last part of the work are the costs of production of components according to both processes.

The aim of this thesis is to design and manufacture a lifting device to the Volkswagen Crafter long vehicle. In the first part, I present a simple descriptive overview of different lifting devices based on their principle and use. Next, commercially available alternative solutions to the given problem are shown and discussed. The main goals of the practical part are the design of the lifting device that fits to a carriage van according to given specifications and the description of the technological processes for the manufacturing of individual components of the device. The design includes selection of proper machines, measuring devices and working tools, which was carried out based on the available equipment. Finally, manufacturing, testing and evaluation are described and discussed together with the possibilities for future improvement.

GÁŠEK Tomáš: The order processing by firm with usage of project management The project laboured within the field of study with the name "Production tech-nology and industrial management" describes some versions of the potential job order's progress in the manufactory at the firm "Speciální strojírna, a.s.". A customer asks for the batch production of the casts, that he will be order step by step for working in regular intervals. The part of the customer's plan is the optimalization of the production and the press of the price, that should be lower after the finishing of the production technology. Along with the correction of the price, a customer expects cutting of the delivery time with the fully quali-ty of the working. In the first version, without a wide preparation, is all working realized on the general-purpose machines. The second version focuses on the production with use of drilling jigs, that is constructed and produced by the firm itself. The input costs of this preparation at the production will be compensated with the major production times, that will be destage from the expensive borer to the cheaper drilling-machine. The last third version supposes setting of the CNC machining centres and therethrough it will be reach to huge saving of the major and minor production times by the working.

This diploma thesis deals with the manufacturing of the needle bar holder for the company MINERVA BOSKOVICE, a.s. to propose the efficient production. The first part of diploma thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the technologies used for manufacturing the component. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the component and its current production. The third part suggests a design for a manufacturing process innovation containing the description of a new machine used for manufacturing, tool selection, technological process and mechanical calculations. The last part evaluates the current and a newly designed production and makes a comparison between the two ways.

Tyrimo tikslas – nustačius problemas su kuriomis susiduria UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ klientai diegdami siūlomas inovacijas, pateikti technologinių inovacijų diegimo valdymo tobulinimo kryptis. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti teorinius inovacijų klasifikavimo, jų diegimo valdymo aspektus; 2. Parengti inovacijų diegimo valdymo klientų ūkiuose tyrimo metodiką. 3. Nustatyti ir išanalizuoti inovacijų diegimo problemas bei galimybes UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ klientų ūkiuose. 4. Parengti inovacijų diegimo valdymo tobulinimo kryptis. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizės ir sintezės, palyginimo, grafinio vaizdavimo apklausos metodai. Tyrimo rezultatai: o pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikta lietuvių bei užsienio autorių mokslinė analizė inovacijų sampratos ir esmės, klasifikavimo bei inovacijų valdymo klausimais. o antroje darbo dalyje supažindinta su UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ veikla taip pat pateiktas tyrimo detalus planas, kurio metu siekta nustatyti problemos ir galimybės diegiant inovacijas UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ klientų ūkiuose. o trečioje darbo dalyje pateikta apklausos rezultatų analizė, taip pat pateikta inovacijų diegimo valdymo tobulinimo kryptys. Tyrimo rezultatai skelbti studentų mokslinėje konferencijoje ,,Jaunasisis mokslininkas 2014‘‘. / Research object – installation of technological innovation by UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai'' in clients' farms. Research aim – to indentify problems faced by clients of UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ in installation of proposed innovation, to propose the direction for technological innovation installation management improvements. Objectives: 1. To analyze theoretical aspects of innovations classification and installation management; 2. To prepare research methodology for innovation installation management in clients' farms; 3. To identify and analyze innovation installation problems and opportunities in UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai'' client farms; 4. To prepare directions for innovation installation management inprovements. Research metods: synthesis and analysis of scientific literature, comparison, graphical representation, interview. Flexible substrate technology for millimeter wave applications / Technologie sur substrat souple pour applications en ondes millimétriques

Cette thèse fait partie des efforts de recherche pour étudier l’intégration hétérogène sur le substrat souple des nœuds de communicants pour les réseaux de capteurs sans fil dans la bande à 60GHz. Le System in Package (SiP) devrait avoir une consommation d'énergie très faible et être faible coût pour répondre aux exigences des applications telles que la Surveillance de Santé de Structure (Structure Health Monitoring - SHM en anglais) dans le domaine aéronautique par exemple. Chaque nœud est composé des nano-capteurs, des transceivers et des antennes d’émission et de réception. Les nanotechnologies ont permis le développement de nano-capteurs ultra-sensibles à base de nanoparticules. Les transceivers deviennent de plus en plus miniaturisés et donc permettre la possibilité de les reporter sur le substrat flexible. Les antennes peuvent être intégrés sur le substrat flexible avec les nano-capteurs développés et émetteurs miniaturisés, ce qui est l'approche très innovante. Dans cette thèse, nous présenterons les procédés technologiques adaptés pour réaliser les différents circuits passifs (résonateurs, antennes, rectennas, etc…) sur le substrat souple en utilisant la photolithographie conventionnelle. La technique de la puce retournée a été choisie pour l’intégration des transceivers à 60 GHz, la formation des bosses d’interconnexion en or directement sur le substrat souple par les dépôts électrolytiques est présentée ici pour la première fois. La concordance entre les mesures expérimentales et les simulations numériques démontre la fiabilité et la reproductibilité des procédés choisis. De plus, pour une application à volume élevé comme les réseaux de capteurs sans fil, le coût de fabrication par nœud peut être considérablement réduit, et devient comparable avec l’impression jet d'encre qui est un procédé à faible coût. / This thesis is part of research effort to develop a 3D heterogeneous integration of wireless sensor node on flexible substrate for the unlicensed 60GHz band. The System in Package (SiP) should have a very low power consumption and very low cost to meet the requirements of applications like Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) for Structure Health Monitoring (SHM). Using a flexible substrate for wireless sensor node integration can offer the advantage of being localized in areas with access difficulty especially in non-planar area. Each node is composed of nano-sensors, transceivers and TX/RX antenna. Nanotechnologies made it possible the development of ultra-sensitive nano-sensors based on nanoparticles deposition. Transceivers become more and more miniaturized and hence enable the possibility of postpone them onto flexible substrate. The antennas can be integrated on the flexible substrate along with the developed nano-sensors and miniaturized transceivers, which is the very innovative approach. In this work, we propose customized photolithography processes to manufacture the passive element circuits (resonators, antennas, rectennas, etc…) on flexible substrate. The technique of flip-chip was used for the integration of 60 GHz transceivers, a novel technique to form Au interconnection bump directly onto the flexible substrate by using electrodeposition process is also presented here for the first time. The concordance between the simulations and the measurements is observed, which proves the reliability and reproducibility of such process technique. Furthermore, for a high-volume application like the node deployment of WSNs, wafer cost reductions can significantly lower the total cost per node and became comparable to a low-cost inkjet printing process.

Svařování dílčí části Kaplanovy turbíny / Welding of sub-parts of Kaplan turbine

Aim of this work is description of design and manufacturing by welding technology of adjustable runner blades circle of Kaplan turbine. For designing and its subsequent strength control using the finite element method were performed with using static analysis in the program SolidWorks ® 2013. Material of adjustable runner blades circle's parts was designed S 355 J2 G3, which is able to withstand a given load. In the design of technology of welding there was elected MAG-welding method, with the active gas mixture Ar +18% CO2. Additive material for welding will be OK Autrod 12.51, like it‘s marked by ESAB s.r.o. For each weld is necessary to create the welding edge, which is made on computer controlled machining machines. In the production we require strict adherence to the prescribed workflow and compliance with WPS protocol. After welding and machining of adjustable runner blades circle we will make weld test, visual examination, dye penetrant and ultrasonic examination.

The aim of the diploma thesis is a milling head spindle heat treatment and production technology of this part. The introductory section of the thesis covers tasks of milling head spindle and required properties. Also includes overview of most-known types of heat and chemical treatment and milling head spindle production technology process proposal, which presents in more detail nitrocarburizing process called ARCOR V. Experimental part of the thesis gives consideration as well to the liquid salt bath nitrocarburizing application on different material samples and assessment of nitrocarburized material for this heat treatment process. The result of the thesis is spindle production technology process description with application of nitrocarburizing ARCOR V and also determination of suitability of selected materials for this surface treatment method and it’s practical applications.
