В данной диссертации спроектирован технологический процесс и проведена оптимизация режимов резания. Диссертация состоит из следующих частей: Технологической, которая включает: описание конструкции детали; определение типа производства; разработку концепции механической обработки детали; выбор вида заготовки и метода её получения; конструирование заготовки и определение общих припусков на обработку; составление планов обработки каждой поверхности в соответствии с этапами обработки; разработку маршрута, включающего назначение базовых поверхностей, выбор станочного оборудования и технологической оснастки; моделирование эскизов на каждую операцию; определение операционных допусков и припусков на обрабатываемые поверхности; определение операционных размеров на обрабатываемые поверхности; выбор режимов обработки; определение норм времени на каждую операцию; оформление рабочей технологической документации. Конструкторской, которая включает: Определение потребной силы закрепления (Силовой расчет); Выбор и расчет привода приспособления; Конструирование приспособления; Точностной анализ приспособления; Проектирование контрольного приспособления; Оформление рабочей конструкторской документации. Научно-исследовательской, которая включает: Оптимизация режимов резания при фрезеровании; Оптимизация режимов резания при обработке различными фрезами; Расчет основного времени при оптимизированных режимах резания; Изменение стойкости при оптимизированных режимах резания; Расчет количества обработанных деталей при оптимизированных режимах резания. В дипломном проекте приведено: Графическая часть –листов формата А1-12; Рисунков –29; Таблиц –41; Формул –53 ; Библиография –11. / In this dissertation was designed technological process and were optimized of cutting conditions. The dissertation consists of the following parts: Technological which includes: Detail design description; Production type determination; Concept of machining parts; The choice of the type of workpiece and the parameter of its receipt; the design of the workpiece and the definition of total allowances for processing; preparation of treatment plans for each surface in accordance with the processing steps; the development of the route, including the assignment of base surfaces, the choice of machine equipment and tooling; modeling sketches for each operation; determination of operational tolerances and allowances for surfaces to be treated; Determination of the operating dimensions of the treated surface; selection of processing modes; determination of time norms for each operation; execution of working technological documentation. Design which includes: Determination of the required strength of fastening (Force calculation); Selection and calculation of the drive device; The design of the device; Precision fixture analysis; Design control device; Registration of working design documentation. Research which includes: Optimization of cutting conditions during milling; Optimization of cutting conditions when machining with various cutters; The calculation of the basic time for optimized cutting conditions; Change in durability with optimized cutting conditions; The calculation of the number of machined parts with optimized cutting conditions. The thesis project shows: Graphic part of A1-12 format sheets; Figures –29; Tables –41; Formulas –53; Bibliography –11.

The graduation project consists of three parts: 1. Apžvelgta Lietuvos kelius, žiemos metu, prižiūrinčių įmonių struktūra ir gamybinės sąlygos, įvertinant cheminių medžiagų barstymo proceso etapus, eiliškumą ir apimtis. Sudarytas barstytuvų technologinio proceso matematinis modelis, atliktas smėlio – druskos barstytuvų technologinio proceso kokybės tyrimas. Pasiūlyta eksperimentinė įranga ir eksperimento atlikimo metodika barstytuvų technologinio proceso kokybei įvertinti. / In this master work was reviewed analysis of spreading process. Reviewed the structure and industrial conditions of companie’s what during winter time are maintaining Lithuanian roads including the stages, priority and size of spreading process. Created mathematical model of spreading process and investigated the research of sand and salt spreader technological process. Suggested the experimental equipment and method to measure the quality of salt and sand spreading technological process.

Diploma thesis deals with design and implementation of manufacturing technology of a part which was given by company Frentech Aerospace s.r.o. Manufacturing technology is prepared for conditions of workshop of Department of Machining FME Brno UT (laboratory C2). Acquired knowledges are used for design of innovative manufacturing technology with cutting tools from company Pramet Tools, s.r.o. Manufacturing technologies of gained part are designed for alloy blank EN AW 6082. Technical-economical assessment of all manufacturing technologies is part of this thesis. Both of manufacturing technologies designed for laboratory C2 are assessed together and manufacturing technology given by company Frentech Aerospace s.r.o. is assessed alone due to using different blank material.

The subject of this work is the repair of an air-handling unit. Possible causes of the problem are analyzed and multiple solutions are proposed. The first variant considers the refurbishment of the damaged component using thermal spray technology, including the choice of the best method. The second solution proposes the manufacture of a new part using machining in the environment of the company. This process requires an intermediate product to be made, and the choice of the correct machines from what the company has available, choice of the right tools and cutting conditions. The technical-economical evaluation compares the the expenses tied with both of the solutions. The chosen repair solution was used for the repair of the air-handling unit.

The first chapter describes forming tool (function and construction). In the second chapter is technologies overview, which are used for the wiping plate production. The most important is the third chapter, because it deals with the main output, and the actual proposal of technological preparation of the production. In the fourth chapter, production is reviewed economically.

In the price calculations chapter, the direct and indirect input costs for the part production are quantified. Proposals to improve production were presented to the company and offered for possible implementation.

The aim of the thesis is focused on the proposal of a new technological procedure of the blade carrier for use in its own production. Currently, the carrier is manufactured by the German company B.Maier Zerkleinerungstechnik GmbH. The work includes several parts. The first part deals with the component itself, its function and importance, as well as its function in the assembly and the whole machine. In the next part the technological procedure of the blade carrier production is created. Fleet of machines including the necessary tools is also designed. In a separate chapter there is an economic evaluation of the proposed solution in two different variants, a subsequent evaluation and a proposal for implementation.
