Darbo objektas – komunikacinė žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveika. Darbo tikslas išanalizuoti žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveiką iš komunikacinių perspektyvų. Pagrindiniai uždaviniai: apžvelgti ir išanalizuoti žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos sampratą bei raidą, išsiaiškinti galimybes taikyti žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveiką komunikacijos srityje; išanalizuoti žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos dizaino proceso ypatybes bei jo komunikacinius aspektus; suformuluoti ir argumentuoti komunikacinio požiūrio į žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveiką poreikį; ištirti žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos dizaino komunikaciją ir jos metu kylančias problemas. Naudojantis literatūros analizės ir sintezės bei struktūruoto kokybinio interviu metodais, darbe tiriama komunikacinė žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveika. Ypatingą dėmesį skiriant sąlyčiui su komunikaciniu diskursu, aptariama žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos samprata, tikslai bei raida. Per komunikacinę prizmę analizuojamas žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos dizaino procesas, jo charakteristikos bei populiariausi modeliai. Formuluojamas ir argumentuojamas komunikacinio požiūrio į žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveiką poreikis, kuris turėtų atspindėti požiūrio į kompiuterinę technologiją kaitą bei užpildyti egzistuojančią socialinę-technologinę spragą. Tiriama žmogaus-kompiuterio sąveikos dizaino komunikacija, bei šio proceso metu kylančios problemos. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The subject of this work is communication of human-computer interaction. The objective is to analyze the human-computer interaction from the communication perspective. The main goals are: to review and analyze the conception and evolution of human-computer interaction, to find out the application possibilities of human-computer interaction in communication field; to analyze the process of human-computer interaction design, its characteristics and communication aspects; to formulate and argue the need of communication approach toward the human-computer interaction; to explore the communication of human-computer interaction design and examine the problems that arise during this process. The following methods were used for the research: the literature analysis and synthesis combined with the qualitative interviews. Using relevant literature the popular approaches to human-computer interaction were analyzed from the communication perspective. Eight interaction design-experts were interviewed using the structured qualitative interview method. The collected empirical data was analyzed with relation to the theoretical material. When more and more people interact with the pervasive and ubiquitous computer technologies that deal with variety of users’ goals and requirements, the human-computer interaction becomes the issue of high importance.
