alumni point of view, the contributions that the experiential stage brings to the
formation of the psychologist and to the professional practice. Semi-open
interviews were held with four psychologists, who attended the experiential
Creativity Workshop before graduation in Psychology and are graduated between
two and five years ago. The interviews analysis followed the methodological
proposals of phenomenology, supported by concepts presented by Merleau-
Ponty. The analysis made it possible to understand that experiential Creativity
Workshop provided an opportunity to expand the understanding of self and other,
which favored the self knowledge of the psychologists. The learning of personal
and relational nature reflected in the professional practice in Psychology / Esta tese visa compreender, em uma abordagem fenomenológica e a partir da
visão de ex-alunos, as contribuições que o estágio vivencial traz para a formação
do Psicólogo e para a prática profissional. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiabertas
com quatro colaboradores que cursaram o estágio vivencial em Oficina
de Criatividade durante o seu curso de graduação em Psicologia e que estavam
formados há entre dois e cinco anos. As análises das entrevistas seguiram as
propostas metodológicas da fenomenologia, tendo como suporte conceituações
apresentadas por Merleau-Ponty. As análises possibilitaram compreender que o
estágio vivencial em Oficina de Criatividade oportunizou espaço para a ampliação
da compreensão de si e do outro, o que favoreceu o autoconhecimento dos
psicólogos. As aprendizagens de cunho pessoal e relacional se refletiram na
prática profissional dos colaboradores na área da Psicologia
