226220.pdf: 571356 bytes, checksum: 3d9164aaa29323e8802dbc3c1be51609 (MD5) / Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a visão de uma equipe multiprofissional, que desenvolve reabilitação pulmonar de pessoas com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crônica acerca de seu processo de trabalho, especialmente sobre a percepção de seus integrantes a respeito de seus papéis na equipe, da interdisciplinaridade, da construção de um trabalho coletivo e das suas relações com o sujeito que recebe a assistência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, baseada no materialismo dialético de Karl Marx (1985) e na teoria sócio-humanista de Capella (1998). A metodologia deste trabalho foi dividida em três momentos: o primeiro e o terceiro referem-se ao desenvolvimento do processo reflexivo coletivo realizado com os membros de uma equipe multiprofissional que reabilita pessoas com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crônica, aos quais compareceram, respectivamente, 100 e 62,5% dos profissionais da equipe. O segundo momento refere-se às entrevistas individuais feitas com todos os oito profissionais da equipe. As práticas reflexivas, desenvolvidas segundo os princípios teórico-metodológicos da "pedagogia problematizadora" de Paulo Freire (1987), focalizaram as relações interpessoais da equipe, os papéis dos diversos profissionais na equipe, a importância do trabalho coletivo e da interdisciplinaridade e a visão dos seus integrantes sobre os indivíduos com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crônica. Nas entrevistas, emergiram dados referentes ao objeto, à finalidade e ao produto do trabalho da equipe multiprofissional; às condições de trabalho, ao planejamento da assistência; às dificuldades e facilidades do trabalho em equipe; à valorização e à desvalorização profissionais. Para discussão e análise dos dados, foram relacionados conceitos e pressupostos da teoria sócio-humanista de Capella e de outros estudiosos que pesquisam sobre processo de trabalho com base no materialismo histórico-dialético, além de conceitos escolhidos sobre interdiscipli-naridade, para analisar as seguintes categorias: "O Trabalho na Equipe Multiprofis-sional que Cuida de Sujeitos com Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crônica", "O Objeto de Trabalho e o Produto da Prática da Equipe", "Satisfação no Trabalho", "A Visão da Equipe sobre Interdisciplinaridade" e "Condições de Trabalho: Ambiente Físico, Equipamentos e Salário". Os resultados mostram que a liderança da equipe é exercida por coordenação, sem hegemonia médica; que a equipe se identifica com as necessidades dos sujeitos cuidados; que os seus integrantes têm a percepção do que seja trabalho coletivo, buscando resgatar as inter-relações pessoais, em prol da coesão interna da equipe; que há satisfação no trabalho; que, apesar de se caracterizar, ainda, como uma "equipe-agrupamento", caminha para se tornar uma "equipe-integração".
This study has the purpose to analyze the view of a multi professional staff that develops pulmonary rehabilitation in people with pulmonary obstructive chronic disease concerning its working process, especially about the perception of the members regarding their functions in the staff, of interdisciplinarity, construction of a collective work and their relation with the person who receives the assistance. It is an exploratory research, with qualitative approach based on the dialectical materialism of Karl Marx (1985) and in the social-humanist theory of Capella (1998). The methodology of this study was divided in three moments: the first and the third refer to the development of the collective reflexive process realized with the members of a multi professional staff that rehabilitates people with pulmonary obstructive chronic disease, where showed up, respectively, 100 and 62,5% of the professionals of the staff. The second moment refers to the individuals' interviews with all the eight professionals of the staff. The reflexives practices, developed according the theoretical-methodological principles of the "problematic pedagogy" of Paulo Freire (1987), focused the interpersonal relations of the staff, the functions of diverse professionals in the staff, the importance of a collective work and the interdisciplinarity and the view of its members about the people with Pulmonary Obstructive Chronic Disease. In the interviews, emerged data referring to the object, the purpose and to the product of the work of the multi professional staff; the working conditions, the planning of assistance, the difficulties and facilities of the staff to the valuation and devaluation of professionals. To discussion and analysis of the data, were related concepts and presuppositions of the social-humanist theory of Capella and of other studious that research about the working process with basis on historical-dialectical materialism, besides the concepts chosen about interdisciplinarity, to analyze the following categories: "The work in the multi professional staff who takes care of people with pulmonary obstructive chronic disease", "the object of work and the product of the staff practice", "the satisfaction in the work", "the view of the staff about interdisciplinarity" and "the working conditions: physical atmosphere, equipments and salary". The results show that the leadership of the staff is performed by coordination, without medical hegemony, that the staff identifies itself with the needs of the people taken care of, that the members have the perception about what is a collective work, trying to regard the personal cohesion of the staff, that has satisfaction in work, although its characteristic is still as a "grouped together staff", walks to be an "integration-staff".
