Previous issue date: 2001 / Resumo: A situação da mulher no mundo atual permanece inferior comparada aos homens. A inserção da mulher no mundo do trabalho produtivo, cada vez mais intensa, não diminuiu as tarefas executadas pelas mulheres no interior da "casa". Pelo contrário, percebe-se um acirramento das condições imposta pela dupla jornada de trabalho. Como se não bastasse, a mulher ao se inserir no mundo do trabalho, encontra condições extremamenteprecárias forçando-a a vender sua força de trabalho por uma remuneração inferior à masculina. As reestruturações que vem sendo realizadas no mundo do trabalho apostamem uma intensificaçãodo trabalho, que para as mulheres representaempregospar! time, temporários e mal remunerados. Esta realidade do mundo do trabalho se insere no debate teórico acerca da classe e do gênero. A emancipaçãofemininanão ocorrerá somenteatravés da inserção da mulher no trabalho produtivo, embora este seja um elemento para a sua parcial emancipação. Contudo, a trabalhadora sofre a exploraçãoassim como a opressão, se configurando uma diferença com a mulher burguesa. Há mulheres que somente sofrem a opressão, pois fazem parte de uma classe que explora. Este debate que diferencia às mulheres segundo as classes as quais se inserem, mas identifica uma composição única quanto ao gênero, demonstra uma contradição efetiva entre o gênero feminino. As medidas que vem sendo propostas para a inserção das mulheres no mundo do trabalho, em seus meandros, apontam a necessidade do debate classe e gênero, como é o caso das Ações Afirmativas e do Comparable worth / Abstract: The actual situation of the woman shows that they continue subjugatedby the masculine obedience. The introduction of the women in the productive labour's world, time afier time it's toa much active,not decrease the executedhouse works by the women into "home". Otherwise,have knowledge a hardening ofthe conditions forced by double day's work. However,when the woman is introductedinto the labour's world, she meets an extremely uncertain conditions that forces to seUher labor for less salary than mano The modifications that have
been done on the labour' s world OOton the enhancement of the work. In which represents for women, part time employments and small salary. The reality of the labour' s world go through an abstract discussion about the social classes and humankind. The female's liberty wiU not occur only by the woman introduction into the productive work, although this is an element to her partial emancipation. However, the female worker suffer at
the same time of exploration and opression. lt shows the difference from the burguer' s women. There are women suffer only of opression and they are part of the rich class. This discussion shows us the difference between women according to their social classes, but identify just one composition about the humankind. It shows us a big contradiction between female humankind. The ways that have been offered to insert the women into the labour' s world, on it' s meanders, presents the necessity of a discussion about social classes and humankind, just the way as it is on affirmative actions and the comparable worth / Mestrado / Mestre em Sociologia
