The aim of this study was to examine and describe the reasons why companies choose to conduct a sustainability report and what is required to compile it. Moreover, we wanted to examine why companies choose not to revise their sustainability report while others do. / Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka samt beskriva motiven till att företag väljer att upprätta en hållbarhetsredovisning samt vad som krävs av företagen för att upprätta denna. Dessutom ville vi undersöka varför en del företag väljer att granska sina hållbarhetsredovisningar och andra inte.
