El presente proyecto de innovación se desarrolla en el campo de la lucha
contra la violencia a la mujer y los miembros del grupo familiar.
El problema atacado es la falta de prevención en el accionar de la PNP
frente a la violencia. La PNP actúa ex post al daño. Por eso se presentará una
alternativa para prevenir la violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo
familiar en respuesta a los insuficientes resultados de los programas de
prevención de este tipo de violencia a cargo de la Policía Nacional del Perú.
Estas actividades de prevención policial frente a la violencia contra la
mujer y los integrantes del grupo familiar involucran a diversos actores
institucionales; sin embargo, es la Policía Nacional del Perú quien ejecuta estos
programas de prevención.
En el capítulo I se expone la definición, descripción y redacción del
problema de la violencia en el Perú y la participación de la policía y otras
autoridades, hallamos la estructura del problema, el contexto institucional, el
marco institucional y normativo del problema.
En el capítulo II se exterioriza el marco teórico sobre las causas del
problema y el análisis de cada una de las causas.
En el capítulo III se presenta el problema reformulado y el desafío de
innovación considerando las experiencias previas tanto del ámbito nacional como
del internacional. También se expone el concepto y prototipo final de la
innovación de manera detallada
En el capítulo IV se profundiza sobre la factibilidad, deseabilidad y
viabilidad del proyecto de innovación. / This innovation project is developed in the field of the fight against violence
against women and family members.
The problem addressed is the lack of prevention in the actions of the PNP
in this area. The PNP acts ex post to the damage. Therefore, an alternative to
prevent violence against women and members of the family group will be
presented, in response to the insufficient results of the prevention programs of
this type of violence carried out by the National Police of Peru.
These police prevention activities against violence against women and
family members involve various institutional actors; however, it is the Peruvian
National Police that implements these prevention programs.
In chapter I, the definition, description and wording of the problem of
violence in Peru and the participation of the police and other authorities are
exposed, we find the structure of the problem, the institutional context, the
institutional and regulatory framework of the problem.
In chapter II, the theoretical framework on the causes of the problem and
the analysis of each of the causes are exposed.
In chapter III, the reformulated problem and the challenge of innovation
are exposed, also considering previous experiences both nationally and
internationally. The concept and final prototype of the innovation is also exposed
in detail.
In chapter IV, the feasibility, desirability and viability of the innovation
project is deepened.
