This master‘s thesis deals with creating the comprihensible business plan which is focused on establishing web sites. These web sites provide list of restaurants with their evaluation and further marketing propagation. The opening part contains theoretical knowledge which is used to create the business plan in practical part of thesis. The outcome of the thesis is decision, whether the business plan is realistic and suitable to realize.
