This thesis presents a proposal of a business architecture for a packaging and distribution company for non-alcoholic beverages. This business architecture provides organizations to align the system strategy with the business one through the development of the four domains of the architecture (business, data, applications and technology) based on the current situation and the desired situation. In this way, along with the analysis of the gaps between the origin and the destination architecture, a portfolio of projects which brings value to the strategic objectives of the organization is obtained. After determining the project portfolio, one of the projects is chosen to apply agile methodologies of software development. Additionally, the strengths and weaknesses of the team that will carry the application out will be analyzed. Having done this analysis, a group diagnosis is made and the dynamics, the work team and the tools necessary to ensure the success of the project are identified. Finally, a proposal that seeks to improve the efficiency of the dispatch process aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. / Tesis
