El presente proyecto profesional desarrolla una propuesta de Arquitectura Empresarial (AE) para una firma consultora que ofrece el servicio de implementación de la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, haciendo énfasis en el proceso de Registro de Banco de Datos.
El contenido está dividido en cuatro capítulos. El primero permite conocer a la empresa, su estrategia y los objetivos y beneficios del proyecto. El segundo capítulo detalla los fundamentos teóricos sobre AE y métodos ágiles para el desarrollo de software. El tercer capítulo desarrolla la AE, la que, con base en la situación actual y deseada, permite realizar un análisis de brechas y presenta un plan de implementación que propone el desarrollo de un sistema que automatice el servicio. Dicha propuesta comienza con el análisis de las fortalezas y debilidades de la organización y de su equipo de desarrollo de software. Continúa con la definición del marco de trabajo Scrum y las dinámicas y herramientas a emplearse, y termina con la definición del costo total de la solución. Finalmente, el cuarto capítulo resume los anteriores para plantear un proyecto que define el problema, cómo será resuelto, describe el equipo que materializará la solución y considera su factibilidad técnica y financiera.
El principal problema de las firmas consultoras es que, para incrementar sus ingresos, necesitan contratar más trabajadores especializados que facturen horas a sus clientes. El presente trabajo concluye en que es posible usar la tecnología para crear “productos dentro de los servicios” para lograr un crecimiento no-lineal de las ventas. / This professional project develops an Enterprise Architecture proposal for a consulting firm that offers the implementation service of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, emphasizing the process of Data Bank Registration.
The content is divided into four chapters. The first allows knowing the company, its strategy and objectives and benefits of the project. The second chapter details the theoretical foundations on Enterprise Architecture and agile methods for software development. The third chapter develops the Enterprise Architecture, which, based on the current and desired situation, allows a gap analysis and presents an implementation plan that proposes the development of a system that automates the service. This proposal begins with the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and its software development team, continues with the definition of the Scrum framework and the dynamics and tools to be used, and ends defining the total cost of the solution. Finally, the fourth chapter summarizes the previous ones to propose a project that defines the problem, how it will be solved, describes the team that will materialize the solution and considers its technical and financial feasibility.
The main problem is that consulting firms, to increase their income, they need to hire new skilled workers to bill more hours to customers. This paper concludes that it is possible to use technology to create "products into services" to achieve a non-linear growth in sales. / Tesis
