Previous issue date: 2016-12-19 / Tendo por base os pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos da Análise do Discurso da Divulgação Científica, o objetivo desse trabalho é fazer uma análise linguístico- discursiva de duas cartilhas elaboradas no âmbito sindical das Universidades Federais Fluminense e do Rio Grande do Sul, que recontextualizaram, a partir do âmbito legal, a Lei no 12.772/2012, que trata do Plano de Carreiras e Cargos do Magistério Federal, alterada pela Lei no 12.863/2013. Para realizar a análise proposta, foram selecionados os Capítulos I, III e IV das referidas Leis, que tratam, respectivamente, da estruturação da carreira, do desenvolvimento e da remuneração da categoria docente, temas esses que, em geral, despertam maior interesse nos docentes. Após essa seleção, procedeu-se à análise com base nos procedimentos linguístico-discursivos de expansão, redução e variação e nas estratégias divulgativas, do âmbito legal para o sindical, através de trechos selecionados dos Capítulos I, III e IV das referidas Leis, que foram recontextualizados nas cartilhas. A análise foi realizada considerando que, na passagem do texto do gênero lei para o gênero cartilha, esse sofreu transformações em sua estrutura e linguagem para se adequar à nova situação sociocomunicativa. Nesse trabalho, considerou-se que o gênero lei possui uma linguagem própria com características linguísticas que remetem ao âmbito jurídico, enquanto o gênero cartilha possui um caráter educativo e, portanto, visa instruir, ordenar, recomendar e orientar o público em geral sobre assuntos do seu interesse. Na recontextualização dos Capítulos I, III e IV da Lei, observou-se que o assunto mais recontextualizado, considerando o número de trechos analisados, foi a estrutura remuneratória regulamentada no Capítulo IV da Lei. O procedimento de expansão foi o mais recorrente nas cartilhas e a estratégia divulgativa utilizada mais vezes foi a explicação. O procedimento de redução ocorreu nas formas de condensação e supressão nas duas cartilhas. A cartilha C-01 foi a que mais usou o procedimento de variação na recontextualização dos Capítulos I e IV. Após essa análise linguístico-discursiva, observou-se que a cartilha C-01 abordou a carreira evidenciando a luta da categoria docente em relação a várias questões da carreira e que a C-03 adotou uma postura mais defensiva e conformista, num discurso de celebração e orgulho das conquistas adquiridas em decorrência da aprovação da Lei no 12.772/2012. / Based on theoretical and methodological preconditions of the Scientific Dissemination Discourse Analysis, the purpose of this paper is to do a linguistic and discursive analysis of two booklets, which were developed in the trade union scope of the Federal Universities of Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul. From a legal jurisdiction, they recontextualized the Law number 12.772/2012, modified by Law number 12.863/2013, about the Career and Position Plan of the Federal Teaching. Chapters I, III and IV of the said Laws were selected to achieve the proposed analysis. They are about the career structure, the development and the remuneration of the teaching category, which are themes that, in general, interest teachers. After this selection, the analysis was done, based on the linguistic and discursive procedures of expansion, decrease and variation and on dissemination strategies, from the legal jurisdiction to the trade union scope, using main parts of Chapters I, III and IV of the said laws, which were recontextualized on the booklets. The analysis considered that the text has undergone some transformations in its structure and language, to better match with the social and communicative situation. This paper considered that the law has its own language, with linguistic features, which refer to the legal framework. Meanwhile, the booklet has an educational character and, therefore, aims to instruct, order, recommend and orient the public about subjects of their interest. After recontextualizing Chapters I, III and IV of the Law, it was observed that the most recontextualized subject was the salary structure, which is regulated in Chapter IV of the said Law. The procedure of expansion was the most recurrent in the booklets and the longer used dissemination strategy was the explanation. The procedure of decrease occurred in condensation and suppression forms in both booklets. The booklet C-01 used the variation procedure most often in the recontextualization of Chapters I and IV. After this linguistic and discursive analysis, it was observed that booklet C-01 addressed the career, highlighting the fight of the teaching category for many career subjects; and the booklet C-03 adopted a defensive and conformist posture, in a celebration discourse and with pride in the achievements by the approval of the Law number 12.772/2012.
