La sentencia de amparo resulta ser uno de los medios más importantes para la tutela de los derechos fundamentales que son recogidas por esta misma institución. Es por tal motivo que para asegurar su eficacia cuenta con un proceso especial. Sin embargo, en la realidad peruana, la ejecución de dichas sentencias cuenta con muchas dilaciones, si es que no son ejecutadas. En el presente artículo, el autor analiza dicha problemática para terminar concluyendo que es necesario una reforma legal para asegurar la eficacia de la sentencia definitivas de amparo Amparo judgment turns out to be one of the most important means for the protection of fundamental rights which are collected by the same institution.
