Nowadays, our lives are getting more hectic, there are few moments that we spend out of our workplace; and with it, there is not enough time to dedicate it to housework. It is a fact that people prefer to stay at home resting and enjoying of their families than doing the cleanliness or fixing house flaws. Also, it is true that they do not hire an external service that can help them with these household chores because they feel insecure of letting a stranger come in to their home. This is how ALIADOS shows up, it is a proposal that offers the service of cleaning and home maintenance that people need, guaranteeing a quality work for a good price, and above all, reliable. We are the intermediary to get the ideal person to do this job. ALIADOS, is committed to give a personalized service of cleaning and maintenance regarding with the traditional one, in which the customer will decide through the server résumé, who to hire, the kind of service required, the date and time of duty, and / or any other specific requirement that he would like to add. Everything from anywhere and in a few steps from our platform, we will solve the problem with just one click. This will be achieved through the use of technology. We will create two means by which this service can be obtained; a web page with an adaptable design to any device and an application. In both, the user may choose and pay for the service. Our pillars of work will be the accessibility, since the user will be able to access to our application from wherever he is located, and we will take care of responding his request twenty-four hours a day. The assurance, since the server chosen to perform the service will have been selected after having passed several exams, which the results will be sent to our customers. And the reliability, as the personal recruited will go trough a selection process through the PDA test, which will measure the behavioral profile. Likewise, the police records and work references will be verified. With the only aim of guaranteeing a quality service provided to our customers. / Trabajo de investigación
