Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo compreender como se constitui a adoção da criança com deficiência, articulando a relação entre o estranho (unhemlich) e a paixão (pathos). As crianças que apresentam alguma deficiência ou doença crônica são pouco requeridas pelos pretendentes, culminando em longos períodos de institucionalização, ou ainda, a impossibilidade da adoção. O estudo, de abordagem psicanalítica, foi baseado no caso de adoção de uma criança com paralisia cerebral, a partir de dois encontros realizados em ambiente hospitalar com Jaciara (mãe adotiva) e Enzo (8 anos, criança adotada). A narrativa desvela implicações do laço mãe- criança como a condição única de sobrevivência psíquica de ambos; aponta para a condição da maternidade, cuja direção à adoção remete ao funcionamento da representação materna que Jaciara carrega em si; e considera que a criança é colocada no lugar de ocupar o hiato entre a mãe e a mulher, de modo que a deficiência transforma a maternidade em totalidade, mãe-toda. A adoção da criança com deficiência movimenta afetos singulares na relação familiar, para o qual a criança ocupa o espaço de superinvestimento materno. O estudo se ancorou em dois trinômios: adoção, deficiência, psicanálise e estranho, familiar, paixão. A associação entre os elementos do primeiro trinômio revela o infringir do sintoma e sua potência, recompõe a história da configuração familiar em adoção, a inserção da criança com deficiência no laço, bem como desmistifica os fantasmas e desconhecimentos sobre a adoção e a deficiência. Os elementos do segundo trinômio dizem respeito à relação estabelecida pela adoção de Enzo por Jaciara e indicam as movimentações psíquicas necessárias para a construção desse laço. Para cada família, uma nova história, em que esses elementos se entrelaçarão de modo singular em cada narrativa construída. / This research aimed to understand how the adoption of children with disabilities is articulated, linking the relationship between the stranger (unhemlich) and the passion (pathos). Children who have a disability or chronic illness are low required by the applicants, which results in long periods of institutionalization and consequently no adoption. The study, based on the psychoanalytical approach, was funded on the case of adoption of a child with cerebral palsy, from two meetings held in a hospital environment with Jaciara (adoptive mother) and Enzo (8 years old, adopted child). The narrative reveals some mother-child implications as unique condition of the psychic survival of both. It also conjectures the condition of motherhood, whose direction of adoption refers to the functioning of the maternal representation that Jaciara carries within herself. Finally, it considers that the child is placed in the place of occupying the gap between the mother and the woman, so that the deficiency transforms the motherhood into totality, mother-whole. The adoption of the child with disabilities moves singular affections in the family relationship, for which the child occupies the space of maternal overinvestment. The study was anchored in two trinomials: adoption, disability, psychoanalysis and strange, familiar, passion. The association between the elements of the first trinomial reveals the violation of the symptom of the human and its potency, recomposes the history of the family configuration in adoption, the insertion of the disabled child in the bond, as well as demystifies The ghosts and lack of knowledge about adoption and disability. The elements of the second trinomial refer to the relation established by the adoption of Enzo by Jaciara, and indicate the psychic movements necessary for the construction of this bond. For each family, a new history, in which these elements will intertwine in a unique and unique way in each constructed narrative. / Dissertação (Mestrado)
