Porém, os cursos de formação profissional, privilegiando as disciplinas teóricas, pouco têm trabalhado os ditos saberes práticos. No âmbito deste processo, este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender as demandas dos elementos de incerteza e complexidade, característicos da docência, para a prática pedagógica e para a formação profissional no campo da Educação Física escolar. Pela importância da investigação da prática e da aproximação com o campo empírico, constatamos a necessidade da realização desta pesquisa. Realizamos o estudo por análise documental e registro/interpretação de situações práticas de ensino, em aulas de Educação Física, de forma entrelaçada à análise de entrevistas, e ao estudo dos referenciais teóricos que fundamentam este trabalho, tratando das temáticas: prática pedagógica; incerteza; complexidade; e formação profissional. A pesquisa de campo teve, como local, três escolas da rede municipal de ensino de Indaiatuba/SP, nos espaços em que ocorriam as aulas pertencentes à disciplina de Educação Física. Tratou-se, portanto, de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, do tipo descritiva, de cunho compreensivo. Dos registros de aulas compreendemos a prática docente enquanto um processo de tomadas de decisão, implicando a incerteza; e enquanto uma ação de caráter complexo, demandando saberes para além dos conhecimentos técnicocientíficos. O imprevisto/urgência, a dispersão, a indisciplina e a dificuldade para compreensão/aprendizagem se caracterizam como situações que demandaram a tomada de decisão e a emissão de juízo. A dimensão intrapessoal... / In the literature, emphasis has been put towards unstable environments that require the teaching practice, by teachers, knowledge that go beyond the technical and scientific knowledge. However, training courses, focusing on theoretical subjects, some have worked the so-called practical knowledge. In this process, this study aimed to understand the demands of the elements of uncertainty and complexity characteristic of teaching, for pedagogical practice and for professional training in the field of Physical Education. For the importance of research and practice approach to the empirical field, we see the need for this research. We conducted the study for document analysis and recording/interpretation of practical teaching in physical education classes, so intertwined with analysis of interviews, and the study of theoretical frameworks that underlie this work, dealing with themes: teaching practice; uncertainty; complexity, and training. The field research took, such as location, three schools in the municipal schools of Indaiatuba/SP, in the spaces where classes took place belonging to the discipline of Physical Education. It was therefore a qualitative research, descriptive of the kind of comprehensive nature. Records of teaching practice lessons we understand as a process of decision making, involving uncertainty, and while the action of a complex nature, requiring knowledge beyond the technical and scientific knowledge. The unforeseen/emergency, dispersion, indiscipline and the difficulty of understanding/learning situations are characterized as that required decision making and issuing court. The size of intrapersonal, interpersonal relations and the relationship of representation and action is characterized as elements of practical knowledge acquired from experience.
