Previous issue date: 2007-05 / A presente dissertação analisa a repercussão da atuação de educadores populares egressos da alfabetização de jovens e adultos do CEDEP – Centro de Cultura e Desenvolvimento do Paranoá/DF, dentro do contexto das escolas públicas no Paranoá. O estudo trás a trajetória de luta e enfrentamento dos moradores da hoje cidade de Paranoá na conquista por melhores condições de vida, dignidade e exercício da cidadania. No processo de enfrentamento da comunidade a pesquisadora se insere nestas lutas e se constitui educadora. Hoje professora na rede pública, dirigente e educadora no movimento popular e pesquisadora na educação popular e na universidade. Nos enfrentamentos da comunidade surge o CEDEP e o Projeto de Alfabetização de Jovens e Adultos no Paranoá, com participação da Universidade de Brasília representada por professores e alunos em compromisso com o excluído e a excluída. Neste contexto emerge o objeto de estudo e seus caminhos metodológicos. A pesquisa encontra setenta e seis educadores/as lotados em escolas da área urbana da cidade de Paranoá com residência no Paranoá. Dentre esses educadores identifica vinte e cinco que passaram pela orientação/participação na educação popular do CEDEP, mais precisamente na Alfabetização de Jovens e Adultos. Na dialogia da entrevista com cinco educadores/as populares selecionados entre os vinte e cinco encontrados, identifica algumas das problemáticas enfrentadas por estes educadores ao estarem na escola pública no Paranoá. A análise do conteúdo das entrevistas aliada ao íntimo envolvimento da pesquisadora com o estudo proposto levantam as possibilidades de enfretamentos, superações e conquistas dos educadores/as populares entrevistados frente à problemática por eles apresentada. O ponto mais ressaltado no diálogo diz sobre a natureza do coletivo na educação popular e na escola pública e de como enfrentam e superam o coletivo inicialmente encontrado. A pesquisa revela nuances da educação popular na escola pública em um modo diferente de fazer/acontecer educação. Levanta fragilidades do movimento popular em acompanhar e manter a caminhada com aqueles/as que já passaram pelo movimento. A presente pesquisa encontra indícios para reflexão sobre o fazer/acontecer educação no CEDEP, no movimento popular, na escola pública, nos sindicatos, na universidade e na própria pesquisadora. _________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The present dissertation analyzes the repercussion of the performance of popular egress educators from the youngsters and adults literacy of the CEDEP - Center of Culture and Development of Paranoá/DF, inside the context of the public schools in Paranoá. The study shows the fight trajectory and confrontation of the inhabitants from today’s city of Paranoá in the achievement of better life conditions, dignity and exercise of the citizenship. In the process of confrontation of the community, the researcher inserts herself in these fights and constitutes herself a educator. Today as a teacher in the public educational system, leader and educator in the popular movement and researcher in the popular education and at the university. In the confrontations of the community, the CEDEP and the Project of Literacy of Youngsters and Adults appear in Paranoá, with the participation of the University of Brasilia, represented by professors and pupils in commitment with the excluded ones. In this context it emerges the object of study and its ways. The research finds seventy six educators placed in schools of the urban area of the city of Paranoá with residence in Paranoá. Amongst these educators it identifies twenty five that had passed by the orientation/participation in the popular education of the CEDEP, more precisely in the Project of Literacy of Youngsters and Adults. In the interview with five popular educators chosen amongst the twenty and five found, it identifies some of the problems faced by these educators when being in a public school in Paranoá. The analysis of the content of the interviews allied to the close involvement of the researcher with the considered study, raises the possibilities of confrontations, over comings and popular conquests achieved by the interviewed educators according to the problematic presented by them. The most salient point in the dialogue talks about the nature of the collective in the popular education and in the public school and how they initially face and surpass the collective firstly found. The research discloses nuances of the popular education in the public school in a different way to make/happen education. It raises fragilities of the popular movement in following and keeping the walking along those who already had passed by the movement. The present research finds clues for reflection on making education in the CEDEP, in the popular movement, at the public school, in the unions, at the university and in the own researcher.
