Previous issue date: 2010-08-21 / This work inserts in the Line of Research Educational Culture and Processes, of the Program of After-Graduation in Education of the FE/UFG. It was investigated formation of educators in the technological age, searching to understand what it is the technology of the information and which the different types of softwares used in the process teach-learning. We demonstrate as it is the functioning of the physical and logical part it computer and the instrumentalization of the formation of educators by means of the technology. We believe that the formation cannot be reduced to the imediatistas interests demanded by the market. The direction of the formation, education, knowing, the culture is necessary to know which. The accomplishment of the research searched to understand that the act to educate and to form is a permanent movement of men whom they look to raise the thought, the concepts, knows to question the ideas and to construct the new. / Este trabalho insere-se na Linha de Pesquisa Cultura e Processos Educacionais, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da FE/UFG. Investigou-se a formação de educadores na era tecnológica, buscando compreender o que é a tecnologia da informação e quais os diferentes tipos de softwares utilizados no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Demonstramos como é o funcionamento da parte física e lógica do computador e a instrumentalização da formação de educadores por meio da tecnologia. Acreditamos que a formação não pode ser reduzida aos interesses imediatistas exigidos pelo mercado. É preciso saber qual o sentido da formação, do ensino, do saber, da cultura. A realização da pesquisa buscou compreender que o ato de educar e de formar é um movimento permanente de homens que procuram elevar o pensamento, os conceitos, saibam questionar as ideias e construir o novo.
