Previous issue date: 2007-10-27 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / Subsidies to the problematic resolution of the existing one in our way, how much to
the lack and inadequação of the stimulation offered for the responsible mothers
and/or to its babies in the hospital environment are presented. Of this perspective,
the main objective of the research, consisted of elaborating programs of precocious
stimulation directed the marasmáticos babies hospitalized in 1º year of life. The study
of case of 5 babies was become fullfilled, with ages varying of 2 to the 5 months, with
energy-protéica diagnosis of type malnutrition marasmo, interned in Infantile Public
Hospital (HPI) in Is Luis-MA. The instruments of collection of data had understood the
document analysis; the interview with the responsible mothers and/or using a script
of anamnese and the application of Escala de Desenvolvimento Neuromotor for 1ª
infancy, detention of delays neuromotores. Through the results of the evaluation of
neuromotor development of the babies in study, it was possible to construct
programs of precocious stimulation, in accordance with the delays detected in the
same ones. The delays found common neuromotores in the 5 babies are relative to
the ones of position and static balance (a), position and global motricidade (b),
Coordination óculo-manual, corporal exploration and voluntary hold (c), óculo-motor
and visocefálica Coordination (d), coordination óculo-manual and buco-manual (e),
óculo-motor coordination and óculo-manual (f), coordination óculo-manual and
voluntary hold (g). The curricular components of the constructed programs had
understood objectives general, specific, estimuladoras activities, used resources and
procedures of intervention, with intention to prevent and/or to minimize the delays
neuromotores. / Esse estudo tem por objetivo principal apresentar propostas de programas para
estimulação precoce direcionados a bebês marasmáticos hospitalizados no primeiro
ano de vida. Realizou-se estudo de caso de cinco bebês, com idades variando de 2
a 5 meses, com diagnóstico de desnutrição energético-protéica de tipo marasmo,
internados em Hospital Público Infantil (HPI) em São Luís-MA. Os instrumentos de
coleta de dados compreenderam a análise de documentos; entrevista com as mães
e/ou responsáveis utilizando-se um roteiro de anamnese e a aplicação da Escala de
Desenvolvimento Neuromotor para a primeira infância, visando detectar atrasos
neuromotores. Através dos resultados da avaliação de desenvolvimento neuromotor
dos bebês analisados, foi possível construir programas de estimulação precoce, de
acordo com os atrasos detectados em cada caso. Os atrasos neuromotores comuns
encontrados nos cinco bebês foram relativos aos de postura e equilíbrio estático (A),
postura e motricidade global (B), coordenação óculo-manual, exploração corporal e
preensão voluntária (C), coordenações óculo-motriz e visocefálica (D), coordenação
óculo-manual e buco-manual (E), coordenações óculo-motriz e óculo-manual (F),
coordenação óculo-manual e preensão voluntária (G). Os componentes curriculares
dos programas construídos compreenderam objetivos geral, específicos, atividades
estimuladoras, recursos utilizados e procedimentos de intervenção, com o intuito de
prevenir e/ou minimizar os atrasos neuromotores.
