Previous issue date: 2013 / As organizações estão buscando através do fluxo de informação uma nova solução para reduzir custos e ampliar a sua participação no mercado nacional e/ou internacional. Há uma grande necessidade de colaboração entre os setores logísticos das diferentes organizações que se relacionam e de seus parceiros de entrega/transporte. A interoperabilidade coopera de forma mais eficiente nas trocas de informação e também dá sustentação à interação entre os recursos das empresas. Esse sistema interoperável auxilia o bom andamento das redes colaborativas, facilitando a coordenação dos processos e dos fluxos de informações entre setores e empresas, ou seja, harmoniza as heterogeneidades das operações. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo construir o conceito de interoperabilidade logística no âmbito empresarial, o que permite combinar operações logísticas de forma eficiente e conjunta dentro da cadeia logística de uma empresa. Bem como, apresenta algumas práticas que são dispostas em sete atributos, sendo eles: agilidade; confiabilidade; infraestrutura empresarial; recursos humanos (capital humano); eficiência financeira, tempo e semântica. Essas práticas e atributos são essenciais para que um sistema logístico se comporte de forma interoperavel nas organizações. <br> / Abstract : With the continuous changing within the world stage, companies are in constant seeking, through the information flow, for new solutions to reduce costs and increase their participation in either national or international market. It is extreme necessary the collaboration between logistics departments of different organizations of related companies as well as with their respective transportation partners. This research has as a goal to build the concept of logistic interoperability within the business scope, as well as adapt some interoperability practices for the operational/logistic scope. This system cooperate in the most efficient way with the information trade and also supports iteration between the company resources, providing the collaborative networks progress, facilitating the processes management and information flows among departments and companies as well, in other words, harmonize the operations heterogeneities.To confirm the thesis, it was performed literature reviews and the results have been legitimated by experts professionals in this field. With the development of the logistic interoperability concept it is possible to identify some practices that have been arranged in seven attributes, and they are: agility; reliability (trustworthiness); corporate infrastructure; human resources (human capital); financial efficiency, time and semantics.This work brings as contribution the evolution of the concept of interoperability to the logistics, as well as some key practices so a logistic system behaves interoperable within the organizations. Which allow us to arrange logistics operation in an efficient and combined way within a company?s logistic chain, not necessary in a supply chain.
