SANTRAUKA Magistro darbe aptariama individualių darbo ginčų nagrinėjimo ikiteisminėje ginčo nagrinėjimo stadijoje ypatumai. Darbo ginčai kyla tarp svarbiausių socialinių partnerių - darbuotojo ir darbdavio. Darbdavys yra nepalyginamai pranašesnis socialiniu ir ekonominiu požiūriu nei darbuotojas, todėl egzistuoja viešasis interesas apsaugoti silpnesnę šalį. Darbo ginčų nagrinėjimas ikiteisminė ginčo nagrinėjimo stadijoje ypatumai yra specifiniai ir teoriniu, ir praktiniu aspektu, kuriuos būtina analizuoti. Šiame darbe remiamasi Lietuvos valstybės normine ir specialiąja literatūra, teismų praktika, bei siekiama aptarti esminius ikiteisminio ginčo nagrinėjimo stadijoje ypatumus, pavyzdžiui darbo ginčų komisijos sudarymas, jos aktyvus vaidmuo priimant sprendimus ir jų vykdymas, bei sprendimų apskundimo tvarka. / Summary The peculiarities of the analysis of individual industrial disputes in the pretrial stage of analysis of disputes were discussed in this Master Thesis. The industrial disputes arise between the main social partners – an employee and an employer. The employer is undoubtedly superior to the employee in the social as well as the economical point of view. So, there is a public interest that protects the weaker side. The peculiarities of individual industrial disputes in the pretrial stage of analysis of disputes are specific ones in both – theoretical and in the practical aspects, so these peculiarities are necessary to be analysed. This work is based on Lithuanian standard and special literature as well as jurisprudence. Moreover, it was pursued to discuss the essential peculiarities of the disputes in the pretrial stage, for example, the decision-making, execution as well as the appeal.
