Bakgrund: Vid sjukdom uppkommer en känsla av sårbarhet och en brist på kontrollhos patienten, därför är det av vikt att vårdpersonal skapar en trygghet genom attlyssna och göra patienten delaktig i den vård som sker i hemmet. Syfte: Syftet var attbeskriva vad som var betydelsefullt för patienters upplevelse av trygghet i sambandmed palliativ vård i hemmet. Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes med en induktivansats, där resultatet grundades på tio kvalitativa resultatartiklar. Resultat:Databearbetning resulterade i två teman: betydelsen av palliativ vård i hemmiljö ochbetydelsen av god relation mellan vårdpersonal och patient. Resultatet visade attpatienter ville vara hemma i slutet av livet, där det fanns en närhet till familj ochanhöriga. En kontinuitet och tillgänglighet hos vårdpersonal bidrog till en tryggarerelation där vårdpersonal var bekant med patientens situation. Upplevelsen avtrygghet kände patienten när de fick vara delaktiga i vården och att vårdpersonaltillgodosåg patientens behov av hjälpmedel. Konklusion: En nära relation mellanpatient och vårdpersonal var avgörande för en trygg och god vård. Det var viktigt attha en personcentrerad omvårdnad för att se de individuella behoven hos varje patient,se hela patienten och inte bara sjukdomen. / Background: In the case of illness, there is a feeling of vulnerability and a lack of control in the patient, which is why it is important that health care professionals create security by listening and participating in the care in the home. Aim: The aim was to describe what was important for patients experience of security in connection with palliative care in the home. Method: The literature study was conducted with an inductive approach, the results were based on ten qualitative studies. Results: Data processing resulted in two themes: the importance of palliative care in the home environment and the importance of a good relationship between health care staff and the patient. The result showed that patients wanted to be home at the end of their lives, where there was a closeness to family and relatives. Continuity and accessibility of caregivers contributed to a secure relationship where caregivers were familiar with the patient's situation. The feeling of security was felt by the patient when they were allowed to participate in the care and that the care staff met the patient ́s need for aids. Conclusion: Close relationship between patient and health care was crucial for safe and good care. It was important to have a person-centered care to see the individual needs of each patient, see the entire patient and not just the disease.
