Tarumã Mirim. On other hand, it analyzed the socioeconomic aspects that govern family
farming. By others it presented proposals for socioeconomic development having as premise
the own exploration of the leisure that transforming itself into production and merchandise with
economic value as well as family farming. The theoretical-methodological approach used was
quantitative techniques Applied research, exploratory, descriptive, dialoguing with several
areas of knowledge through interdisciplinarity. The method adopted was ethnographic that
counted on interviews techniques (structured, semi-structured and open) and Participating
Observation. Data recorded in field journal. From the premise that the topic required
interpretation from two perspectives: The Ideal Brazil of standardization and The Real Brazil
experienced by the settlers. A sample was composed of 70 settlers 15 camp kitchens six socially
representative characters in the community three governmental institutions. The object searched
has peculiar aspects such as proximity to the metropolis, nature still exuberant and abundance
of water. These factors induce the appearance of places of leisure that cause controversies, but
also provide new economic niches. Two contexts involving leisure have been detected in that
settlement the aspects that offer natural goods materials, services (land, water, nature, labor)
and materials; And that does not involve the desire to make financial profits on the properties,
but that seeks to renew the emotions in their moments for professional activities. The
Classifications of Economic Types in the Guanziroli's Family farming (2011). Productive and
subsistence were categorized and added in leisure. They were identified the main forms of
leisure lived by interviewees and reported local historicity customs, traditions, cultures,
interdependencies and social relationships. We conclude that leisure and family farming
intertwine sometimes complementing sometimes retreating even though both are part of the
same context because although they are different positions one and the other form a complete
set. The antagonistic strands and complementarities with productive characteristics both on the
material and immaterial sides we observed on the responses of the interviewees not in the
context. Leisure and family farming are antagonistic through the "institutional eyes" for
traditional productive conceptions and how they influence the conceptions of different
interviewees because they directly and indirectly harm them in several factors. They are
complementary because those who commercialize the leisure and those who enjoy in the private
character try to keep intact the forest traces preserving nature. Ecologically preserved
environment represents the main marketing to value of the product and merchandise. "Leisure"
also contributes to the socioeconomic ones by acquiring local products by absorbing labor and
by interacting with a community. Confirming the dialogue of the theme the two strands do not
cancel out because they have their blessings and obstacles now complementing sometimes
antagonizing, representing the complexity and peculiarity of Tarumã Mirim. / Esta pesquisa interpretou as imbricações entre trabalho e lazer no projeto de assentamento
Tarumã Mirim. Por um lado analisou os aspectos socioeconômicos que regem a agricultura
familiar, por outro apresentou propostas ao desenvolvimento socioeconômico, tendo como
premissa a própria exploração do lazer, transformando-se em produção e mercadoria, com valor
econômico, assim como a agricultura familiar. A abordagem teórico-metodológica empregada
foi quantiqualitativa, pesquisa aplicada, exploratória, descritiva, dialogando com diversas áreas
do conhecimento, através da interdisciplinaridade. O método adotado foi etnográfico, contou
com as técnicas de entrevistas (estruturada, semiestruturada e aberta), e Observação
Participante, dados registrados no Diário de Campo. Partiu da premissa que o tópico requisitava
interpretações através de dois ângulos: o Brasil Ideal das normatizações e o Brasil Real,
vivenciado pelos assentados. A amostra foi composta de 70 assentados, 15 cozinheiras do
acampamento, seis personagens representativos socialmente na comunidade, três instituições
governamentais. O objeto pesquisado apresenta aspectos peculiares: proximidade da metrópole,
natureza ainda exuberante, abundância de águas. Esses fatores instigam o surgimento dos sítios
do lazer, que provocam controvérsias, mas também propiciam novos nichos econômicos.
Foram detectados dois contextos a envolverem o lazer naquele assentamento: os sítios que
ofertam os bens naturais, materiais, serviços (terra, água, natureza, mão de obra) e imateriais (o
prazer advindo do lazer) em caráter comercial; e aqueles que não envolvem o desejo de obterem
lucros financeiros nas propriedades, mas que buscam o renovar das emoções em seus momentos
fora das atividades profissionais. As classificações de tipos econômicos na agricultura familiar
de Guanziroli (2011): produtivos e subsistência, foram categorizadas e acrescido a de lazer.
Foram identificadas as principais formas de lazer vivenciado pelos entrevistados, e relatado a
historicidade local, costumes, tradições, culturas, nas interdependências e inter-relações sociais.
Concluímos que lazer e agricultura familiar se entrelaçam nas complementaridades e
antagonismos em caráter dialógico, por existir duas lógicas, dois princípios, unidos, porém sem
que a dualidade se perca nessa unidade. As vertentes antagônicas e as complementariedades
possuem características produtivas, tanto pelo lado material, quanto imaterial, observadas nas
respostas dos sujeitos no contexto. Lazer e agricultura familiar são antagônicos, através do
“olhar institucional”, pelas concepções produtivas tradicionais, conforme regem as instruções
normativas, e influenciam as concepções de diversos entrevistados, porque direta e
indiretamente os prejudicam em diversos fatores. São complementares porque os que
comercializam o lazer, e os que o usufruem em caráter particular, procuram manterem intactos
os traços florestais, preservando a natureza. Ambiente preservado ecologicamente representa o
marketing principal a valorizar o produto ou mercadoria. Também os “do lazer” contribuem
com os aspectos socioeconômicos, por adquirirem produtos locais, absorverem mão de obra,
interagirem com a comunidade. Confirmando a dialógica do tema, as duas vertentes não se
anulam, pois possuem suas benesses e entraves, ora complementando, ora antagonizando,
representando a complexidade e peculiaridade do Tarumã Mirim.
