Notre recherche s’est intéressée au cinéma amazigh (berbère), apparu durant la période du terrorisme en Algérie, en tant qu’émanation de la revendication de la reconnaissance de l’identité amazighe. Il consacre l’entrée de la langue berbère dans la cinématographie algérienne.Ce cinéma émerge parallèlement à la fin l’hégémonie du secteur d’État sur les entreprises de cinéma et de l’entrée de ce pays dans l’économie de marché. Toutefois, étudier le cinéma amazigh en tant que genre revient à valider l’existence de la classification idéologique des films algériens par thèmes : films de la guerre de libération et films sociaux, films de la révolution agraire et films urbains. Nous empruntons ce biais pour démontrer que ces catégorisations ont ignoré la valeur esthétique des films et proposons une approche théorique qui intègre les dimensions thématique et esthétique de ce cinéma au même titre. Ce qui a pour effet de changer la configuration de cette cinématographie. / During the years of terrorism, a new form of the Algerian cinema appeared and soak us about theDark Years. It is the Amazigh Cinema. It’s also a claim for an Amazigh identitary recognition. The studied works has not only put focus on that claims, but it brought a linguistic dimension as well: Thamazighth entered in fact to the cinematographical landscape of Algeria. However, these works are another demonstration of the Algerian state domination in the field.To study this variation of the Algerian cinema means to admit that an ideological classification by theme has to be brought : independence war films, social ones and agrarian and urban films are so concerned by the classification. The latters show an ignorance to the esthetic regards and values of the concerned films Which integrate the thematic and esthetic dimensions. By the way, it can change the cinematographic configuration of the studied subject.
