A concluding thesis by Loreta Staniulytė postgraduate of Vilnius Pedagogic University, Social Pedagogy Department, named “Command work influence to boarder inhabitants socialization” are discussed administrative bodies work importance’s in boarder inhabitant’s socialization.
Work’s aim: To estimate boarding administrative bodies command’s development possibility to boarding inhabitant’s socialization.
Work’s goals:
1. To reveal command’s work meaning, content.
2. To establish factors which decide command work’s effective.
3. To research workers command work in boarding method, preparing degree.
4. To prepare recommendations to boarding administrative bodies.
Research object: Administrative bodies command work, deciding boarding inhabitant’s socialization problems.
Work methods: literature sources theoretical analysis; qualitative descriptive research.
Respondents: Pasvalys district, Lavėnai boarding social workers.
Research hypothesis: boarding workers are not fallowing command work princips because they need knowledge’s and experience.
