The aim of the thesis is to analyze and assess the current capabilities of higher education for young people in the native communities in Peru in Ccorca. The first part contains a literature search which is dedicated to the education system and education in Peru, general issues related to barriers in access to education for young people coming and living on / in the native communities. The author analyzes the sociological aspects that may influence this phenomenon. With the help of the statistical information available the author defines the situation of the problem of education in the native communities. Attention was paid to this research not only to understanding the current barriers for community members to study at the university, but also understanding the nature of these barriers. These findings became the basis for the design and evaluation of a particular model project, in the form of pre-university academy that meets the needs of the community and has the potential to overcome existing barriers in access to higher education.
