Previous issue date: 2017-09-25 / O presente trabalho disp?e sobre as rela??es entre o turismo, o territ?rio e a migra??o, fazendo-se um estudo sobre os estrangeiros residentes em S?o Miguel do Gostoso e a constitui??o do territ?rio tur?stico desse munic?pio. Parte-se das principais teorias sobre migra??o e uma discuss?o acerca do territ?rio e territorializa??o chegando ao alcance do estrangeiro imerso no contexto local, junto ? popula??o e a gest?o municipal na constitui??o do territ?rio tur?stico de S?o Miguel do Gostoso. Para tanto, realizou-se vasta pesquisa bibliogr?fica, levantamento em bases estat?sticas de dados demogr?ficos, foram realizadas entrevistas a partir de roteiros semiestruturados, fez-se tratamento e an?lise de dados secund?rios e de fontes prim?rias e interpreta??o de processos ligados ? migra??o e ao turismo enquanto um fen?meno socioespacial. A partir dessas an?lises, percebeu-se que o territ?rio tur?stico deste munic?pio tem se concentrado ao longo do litoral, sob uma infraestrutura que tem crescido de forma r?pida e desordenada e o turismo, em fun??o da l?gica de acumula??o de riquezas tem se confirmado nos discursos como oportunidade de emprego e renda, sob o patamar de desenvolvimento segregado onde a administra??o p?blica segue fazendo seu papel intermediador entre as defasagens sociais e as facilita??es para o crescimento de divisas externas. / The present study deals with the relations among tourism, territory and migration concerning about the foreign residents in S?o Miguel do Gostoso and the constitution of its touristic territory. It starts from the main theories on migration and a discussion of territory and territorialization reaching the foreigner immersed in the local context in conjunction with the population and the municipal management in the constitution of the touristic territory of S?o Miguel do Gostoso. A bibliographic research was carried out, a survey of demographic and statistical databases, semi-structured interview were applied to fifteen foreigners, treatment and analysis of secondary data and primary sources and interpretation of processes related to migration and tourism as a socio-spatial phenomenon. From this investigation, it was noticed that the tourist territory of this municipality has been concentrated along the coast, under an infrastructure that has grown in a fast and disordered way. The tourism has been confirmed in compliance with accumulation wealth logic in the speeches as an opportunity for employment and income, under the level of segregated development where public administration continues to play its intermediary role between social lags and facilitations for the growth of foreign currencies.
