Topic of this diploma thesis is the reward system of the employees in the company Panelárna St. Město, Inc. First of all, an analysis of the employee structure based on data provided by the company was made, above age, length of services and achieved level of education. The next step is analysing the personal costs and description of the current wage system. In the next part a new wage system is proposed, which includes adding new complementary wage forms. Recommended is the introduction of benefits as an effective tool to motivate employees.
