Previous issue date: 2016-09-06 / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar diferentes formas de atua??o dos sujeitos da m?sica independente em Natal/RN. A partir de uma pesquisa etnogr?fica, busco realizar a descri??o de algumas das atividades musicais que est?o sendo desenvolvidas na cidade, desenvolvendo, assim, reflex?es em torno do ser ?independente?, discutindo as diferentes implica??es que podem ser atribu?das a esta categoria dotada de diferentes problem?ticas. Tamb?m discorre sobre os processos que envolvem a digitaliza??o musical promovida pelo advento das novas tecnologias no meio musical, percebendo, assim, quais os efeitos inferidos sobre os modos de cria??o, produ??o, grava??o, divulga??o, distribui??o e compartilhamento de m?sica atrav?s de ferramentas dispon?veis pela Internet como redes sociais e servi?os de streaming e download musical. Assim, por interm?dio das formas como esses mecanismos s?o acionados pelos interlocutores, descrevo os variados usos feitos por agentes como integrantes de bandas, produtores musicais, t?cnicos de som, membros de coletivos culturais, entre outras posi??es que envolvem o fazer musical. Por fim, percorro diferentes espa?os musicais da cidade com o intuito de fazer a descri??o de alguns eventos que elucidem o ?ser independente? em Natal. / The current study has as objective to evaluate different action ways for independent music individuals in Natal/RN. From an ethnographic research, I have searched to do a description of some musical activities, which have been developed in the downtown, promoting, as well, reflections about to be independent, and arguing the different implications, which can be attributed to the category with different problematic issues. Also, it has been analysed processes that involve a musical digitalisation promoted by the advent of new technologies in the musical ambient, realising, therefore, which effects are inferred about the creation, production, recording, dissemination, distribution and sharing methods about music by using available internet tools, such as social network, streaming and music download services. By the way, recognising how such mechanisms are achieved by the interlocutors, i have described various uses employed by agents of band members, music producers, sound technicians, cultural members and other professionals involved in musical projects. Finally, I have argued about different musical places in the downtown with the goal of constructing a description of some events that clarify the ?independent individual? in Natal.
