[pt] Esta dissertação tem por objetivo compreender a medida
sócio-educativa de
Liberdade Assistida, operacionalizada pelo Serviço Social
do Fórum de Muriaé-
MG, tomando como base a fala de três jovens que a
vivenciaram durante o
período de 1999 a 2005. O referido trabalho foi
desenvolvido a partir da
metodologia qualitativa sustentada por uma abordagem
descritiva em que os
jovens relatam, através de suas histórias de vida, aspectos
significativos de suas
experiências e, especificamente, da medida de Liberdade
Assistida. Os principais
resultados mostram a necessidade de uma efetivação do
exercício da legislação
vigente (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente), no que se
refere à concretização
de uma rede de serviços e programas de atendimento ao
adolescente a quem se
atribui a autoria de ato infracional, assim como uma
reflexão sobre a execução da
Liberdade Assistida que deve ir além do âmbito judiciário. / [en] The main objective of this dissertation is to comprehend
Observed Freedom
social-educative measurement, remarked by Social Service
Department of Muriaé
Jurisdiction, based on three teenagers experience during
1999 to 2005. The
present work was developed using qualitative-quantitative
methodology and it is
based on a descriptive approach in which the teenagers
relate some significant
aspects through their life experiences and, specifically,
through Observed
Freedom social-educative measurement. The results indicate
that is necessary to
use standing legislation (Child s and Teenager s Statue) in
order to make real
services and programs of assistance to the teenager who
commits an infractional
act as well as a reflection about Observed Freedom
execution which must go
beyond judicial ambit.
