El presente proyecto busca mostrar una aplicación de celular exitosa que ofrece el servicio de paseo y entrenamiento de canes. De ese modo, los universitarios que estudian y trabajan, y las personas mayores que trabajan y no tienen tiempo para pasear a sus mascotas, contratan este servicio, con el fin de atender a sus canes. Asimismo, busca demostrar que se puede diferenciar de sus competidores con un servicio de calidad y ofreciendo confianza, con diferentes ventajas competitivas, como un sistema de geolocalización que permite saber dónde se encuentran sus canes en tiempo real.
Para ello, se hicieron investigaciones y experimentos que permitían conocer las necesidades de los usuarios que podrían contratar el servicio. Además, se hizo un análisis financiero para mostrar que el proyecto también es rentable y que tiene grandes posibilidades de crecimiento en el futuro. / The present project seeks to show a successful mobile application that offers the service of walking and training dogs. In this way, university students who study and work, and older people who work and do not have time to walk their pets, can hire this service, in order to care for their dogs. Likewise, it seeks to demonstrate that it can differentiate itself from its competitors with a quality service and offering confidence, with different competitive advantages, such as offering a geolocation system that allows knowing where its dogs are in real time.
For this, investigations and experiments were carried out that allowed to know the needs of the users who could contract the service. In addition, a financial analysis was done to show that the project is also profitable and has great potential for future growth. / Trabajo de investigación
