Work preparations is an important tool in planning the production of buildings. The goal of these is to support the ability to meet the set requirements while providing satisfactory working conditions for the workers. The purpose of this report is to investigate and improve the routines regarding work preparations at the company, HÖ Allbygg, and the goal is to produce a new template for them to use and standardize. To produce the new template, literature was compiled and conversations with supervisors and construction workers were held. From the conversations with the supervisors, it appeared that they want to make it easier to produce a work preparation and that it should be done and documented more often. Regarding the template, seven out of eleven supervisors want it to be digitalized and five of the eleven want to be able to write more in each field. Conversations with the workers shows that they experience that there are too few work preparations, but this depends on which supervisor is responsible for the project. The template includes solutions such as a list of normal risks in construction, the possibility to write more and more support for what to write in each field. The template is adapted to function for HÖ Allbygg specifically and has been developed with the opinions of the supervisors in mind. The conclusions are that the entire company experiences that there are not enough work preparations, and the supervisors dislike the old, standardized template. The developed template will give more support to supervisors, and thereby increase the amount of work preparations done at the company. There will be work needed to implement, uphold and develop a standard, but without this there will be deviations from the standard. Upholding the standard will be rewarded with the many advantages that comes with a functioning and effective work preparation. If the new template is implemented at the company, it should improve the situation with their work preparations. / Arbetsberedningar är ett viktigt verktyg för planeringen i byggproduktionen. Och dess mål är att stödja möjligheten att genomföra ett arbete inom dess angivna ramar under tillfredsställande arbetsvillkor för medarbetarna. Syftet med rapporten är att undersöka och förbättra företagets rutiner kring hanteringen av arbetsberedningar och målet är att ta fram en ny mall som ska standardiseras. För att ta fram den nya mallen så samlades relevant litteratur och samtal fördes med arbetsledare och yrkesarbetare på företaget. Från samtalen med arbetsledarna så framkommer det att de vill se att det blir lättare att ta fram en arbetsberedning och att det egentligen borde göras samt dokumenteras oftare. För just mallen nämner sju av elva att den kan digitaliseras och fem arbetsledare vill se att man kan skriva mer för varje område. Samtalen med yrkesarbetarna visar på att de upplever att det är för få arbetsberedningar, dock att det beror på vilken arbetsledare som leder projektet. Den framtagna mallen inkluderar lösningar som rullista på de vanligaste riskerna, möjligheten att skriva mer samt stöd för vad som ska skrivas i varje rubrik. Mallen är framtagen för att fungera just på HÖ Allbygg och har tagits fram med hänsyn från de åsikterna framförda under samtalen. Slutsatserna är att hela företaget upplever att det sker för få arbetsberedningar och arbetsledarna tycker mallen är dålig. Den framtagna mallen ska ge mer stöd och kan i sig då öka antalet detaljerade arbetsberedningar. Det kommer krävas arbete för att införa, upprätthålla och förbättra en standard, men utan detta kommer avvikelser från standarden. Att se till att standarden följs belönas dock med de många fördelarna som kommer med att ha en fungerande och effektiv arbetsberedning. Förutsatt att den nya mallen implementeras så borde situationen med arbetsberedningarna förbättras på företaget.
