Previous issue date: 2015 / Mestrado Acadêmico em Ciências do Cuidado em Saúde / O trabalho dos motoristas de ônibus, apesar de indispensável, necessita de valorização, principalmente, no que tange à qualidade de vida destes profissionais. Trata-se de um estudo que objetivou compreender as implicações provocadas pelo trabalho na saúde do sujeito que trabalha no transporte coletivo (ônibus). Para tanto, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem fenomenológica à luz do referencial teórico-filosófico de Maurice Merleau-Ponty e da Psicanálise de Sigmund Freud. Após a aprovação do Protocolo do Projeto de Dissertação pelo Comitê de Ética com Seres Humanos da instituição, sob o Nº 19593513.2.0000.5243, iniciou-se a entrevista fenomenológica. Esta aconteceu nos meses de janeiro de 2014 a abril de 2014 encerrando-se quando se percebeu a suficiência de significados. O cenário foi uma empresa privada de transporte coletivo no leste fluminense do Rio de Janeiro. Na entrevista, utilizaram-se as seguintes questões: comente livremente como é a experiência de dirigir, comente livremente sua percepção sobre qualidade de vida, e que medidas poderiam melhorar o seu trabalho. Dirigir para os motoristas participantes da pesquisa é satisfação indiscutivelmente esses profissionais acreditam que além das intemperes do cotidiano, dirigir é uma experiencia inserida na vida social. O equilíbrio familiar está vinculado ao processo de trabalho do motorista de ônibus afinal, sua atenção concentrada na direção e nos agentes externos depende da mente tranquila, estar em família é qualidade de vida, as melhorias para o trabalho dos motoristas que participaram da pesquisa é pautada no respeito dos clientes, condições positivas do ônibus e melhor salário. A mobilidade urbana tem foco na atual conjuntura vivida no país, a Copa do Mundo e a iminência dos Jogos Olímpicos de 2016. Valorizar os profissionais de transporte coletivo é um passo importante para a garantia da boa imagem diante do mundo quanto ao transporte coletivo brasileiro. / The work of bus drivers, although indispensable, requires appreciation, especially regarding the quality of life of these professionals. This is a study that aimed to understand the implications caused by work on the health of the subject who works at the public transportation (bus). To this end, developed a qualitative research phenomenological approach in the light of the theoretical-philosophical of Maurice Merleau-Ponty and psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud. After the adoption of the Protocol of the Dissertation project by the Ethics Committee of the institution with human beings, under paragraph 19593513.2.0000.5243, began the phenomenological interview. This happened in the months of January to April 2014 2014 ending when it was realized the sufficiency of meanings. The scenario was a privately held transportation in the East Fluminense of Rio de Janeiro. In the interview, the following questions were used: comment freely as is the experience of driving, comment freely their perception about quality of life, and what measures could improve their work. Drive to survey drivers is satisfaction arguably these professionals believe that in addition to the untempers of everyday life, driving is an experiment in social life. The family balance is linked to the bus driver, after all his attention focused on direction and external agents depends on the quiet mind, be in family's quality of life, the improvements to the work of the drivers who participated in the survey is based on respect for customers, positive conditions of the bus and better wages. Urban mobility has focus in the current economic climate experienced in the country, the World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games looming. Enhance mass transit professionals are an important step towards guaranteeing the good image before the world regarding the Brazilian collective transportation.
