This diploma thesis deals with plumbing systems of baking plants v Modřicích. The first part looks for a solution exchange of heat and using waste energy from bakery owens. There are performed several possiblities of projects for plumbing systems. Project part was worked out in cooperation with technical company wich produces equipment for bakery factories.
