Nowadays, in Peru, we see a demand of about 420.000 homes, the demand increases annually by 40 000, and the market can only offer 40 000 thousand homes a year, this information places Peru at the highest levels in the construction industry in Latin America, creating a real "boom".
The construction and real estate "Boom" is creating powerful improvements in the Peruvian economy, considering that develops throughout the country, but especially in our capital city.
Even greater efforts are required from the State, in the flexible and fair taxation rules that would allow more investors to consider investing in real estate and construction of new projects for more Peruvians.
Consequently, we foresee an excellent overview and the opening of a world of investment possibilities for the construction industry.
For these reasons I decided to work on a thesis which could be used as a sort of guide for engineers who are interested on Investment Projects. This work will expose all stages of the investment projects so that it analyses an efficient project, cost and quality for the benefit of manufacturers and customers.
