Planeamiento estratégico para el azúcar del Perú

The aim of this strategic plan is a proposal to improve the Sugar industry in our country,
making it more competitive and more profitable. In order to fill those achievements, we
set a number of strategies to locate the Sugar industry in one of the best five industries around
the world. Also, our proposal looks for the world recognition in quality, technology, environmental
protection fields as well as fulfillment of international standards to get improvements
in the country and other communities.
We have set a number of objectives in long term, they must guide our view for the future.
It means those long term objectives will be able to track the expected results in Sugar
Industry in measurable and clear way. For each long term objective, there will be short term
objectives in the same field which help us to recognize and understand if we are doing a good
job or if we should change part of our plan to get the final aim which represents our view.
In conclusion, The Sugar Industry in Peru has many years of development in national
production, besides the “know how “established; It is still a great challenge to locate this industry
in the five best industries around the world. And its developed potential is still big.
This strategic plan identifies the potential opportunities to work on them and in this way
make the Peruvian Sugar industry launch to an integral development that goes together with
the social, economic and technological fields of our country / Tesis
