Previous issue date: 2007 / O ensino da promocao da Saúde constitui um aspecto importante na formacao do fonoaudiologo uma vez que, de acordo com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, os profissionais devem estar aptos a desenvolver acoes de prevencao, promocao, protecao e reabilitacao da Saúde. O objetivo central desta pesquisa foi caracterizar o Ensino da Promocao da Saúde em cursos de graduacao de fonoaudiologia da cidade de São Paulo, sob o olhar dos coordenadores. Os objetivos especificos sao: identificar momentos, situacoes e cenarios em que sao tratados esses conteudos relativos a promocao da Saúde; mapear as concepcoes dos coordenadores e as praticas deste ensino. A pesquisa de carater exploratorio, descritivo, foi realizada a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa. O contexto da pesquisa esteve constituido por seis instituicoes de ensino superior da cidade de São Paulo, sendo quatro privadas e duas publicas. Foram realizadas entrevistas com os coordenadores e analise dos planos de disciplinas que abordam a Promocao da Saúde disponibilizada por cinco instituicoes. A analise tematica foi orientada a partir dos seguintes nucleos: caracteristicas do curso, perfil dos coordenadores; concepcoes e ensino da promocao da Saúde, estrategias de ensino e aprendizagem, recursos didaticos; avaliacao e cenarios. Os perfis das coordenadoras, todas do genero feminino, possuem alta titulacao academica e prolongado tempo de exercicio docente. O estudo revelou que, no tocante as concepcoes de promocao da Saúde, as coordenadoras consideram os aspectos educativos como uma forma de garantir a qualidade de vida, o entendimento da importancia das politicas publicas e da intersetorialidade. A importancia do ensino da promocao da Saúde radica na contribuicao na formacao ampla, integral, humanista e na atuacao do fonoaudiologo nos servicos nos diferentes niveis de assistencia. Dentre as estrategias de ensino-aprendizagem e avaliacao, a aula expositiva, com uso de recursos audiovisuais, e a prova, aplicada no final do processo, sao as praticas mais comuns. As dificuldades referidas foram aspectos relacionados com a realizacao do estagio supervisionado. As mudancas ocorridas nos ultimo 5 anos abrangem desde aspectos pontuais como carga horaria e mudanca de nome da disciplina ate questoes mais profundas que evidenciam adequacao as atuais Diretrizes Curriculares. E necessario aprofundar as discussoes e acoes referidas na inclusao do ensino da promocao da Saúde na forma transversal considerando o projeto politico pedagogico / The education of the promotion of the health constitutes an important aspect in the formation of the speech-language since that, in accordance with the National Curricular Lines of direction, the professionals must be apt to develop actions of prevention, promotion, protection and rehabilitation of the health. The main objective of this research was to characterize the Teaching of the Promotion of the Health in courses of graduation of speech-language of the city of São Paulo, under the point of view of the coordinators. The specific objectives are: to identify moments, situations and scenes where these contents related to the promotion of health; and to map the conceptions of the coordinators and the practical ones of this education. The explore and descriptive research was realized from a qualitative boarding. The context of the research was constituted by six institutions of superior education of the city of São Paulo, four private and two public.Interviews with the coordinators had been carried through and analysis of the plans of the disciplines that approach the Promotion of the Health was given by five institutions. The thematic analysis was guided by the following nuclei: characteristics of the course, profile of the coordinators; conceptions and education of the promotion of the health, strategies of education and learning,resources didactic; evaluation and scenes. The profile of the coordinators, all of feminine gender, has high academic title and long time of teaching exercise. The study demonstrates, in regards to the conceptions of promotion of the health, the coordinators consider the educative aspects as a form to guarantee the quality of life, the agreement of the importance of the public politics and the intersectoriality. The importance of the education of the promotion of the health consolidates in the contribution in the ample, integral formation, humanist and in the performance of the in the services speech-language in the different levels of assistance. Amongst the strategies of teach-learning and evaluation, the expositive lesson, with use of data show resources, and tests, applied in the end of the process, are the practices most common used. The mentioned difficulties are the aspects related with the accomplishment of the supervised period of training. The changes occurred in the last 5 years enclose since punctual aspects as time load and change of the names of disciplines until deeper questions regarding the adequacy on the current Curricular Lines of direction. It is necessary to deepen the discussions and actions related to the inclusion of the education of the promotion of the health in the transversal side considering the pedagogic l politic project. / BV UNIFESP: Teses e dissertações
