A pesquisa se realiza sobretudo no contexto estadunidense, dado que tal campo acadêmico tornou-se referência mundial. / This job has as object an investigation about the form how elements of Psychology were incorporated on production relations during the 20th and the start of 21th centuries though the called Organizational and Work Psychology. The research is performed, above all, on United States context, since that academic field has become world reference.
