Remuneration with motivation theory is one of the most important areas in human resources management. The Great Recession theirs status only bolster up. This work was aimed to make a suggestion for lowering the impact to human resources using remuneration as motivation factor during economic crisis. Analysis of remuneration and labour productivity in energetics showed that well-adjusted remuneration system has the right motivation effect and productivity growth. Despite of decreasing labour productivity during the Great Recession, the well-adjusted Time Rate System had exceptional influence on labour productivity. The contributions of well-motivated employees are the key, to surviving during economic crisis with minimal impact to the human resources.
