The thesis deals with the business plan for foundation of retirements homes. The aim of this thesis is data processing for set the business of accommodation and social services for retirees. There is designed the appropriate business of accommodation and social services for retirees. There is designed the appropriate business plan after the analysis of external and internal environment.
