Le présent travail porte sur l’analyse sémio-linguistique du nom propre employé dans les proverbes libyens. Dans ce cadre, un corpus de 73 proverbes ont été analysés, tirés d’un ouvrage publié en 2012 par le linguiste A. AGUILA. Ce corpus nous a permis de vérifier notre hypothèse selon laquelle, dans un énoncé proverbial, un nom propre peut avoir une fonction différente de celle qu’il remplit dans un énoncé ordinaire. En précisant que cette fonction spécifique au cadre proverbial, n’empêche pas le nom propre de servir également d’outil d’identification. En effet, c’est une fonction qui ne vient pas remplacer mais plutôt s’ajouter à cette dernière. De là, cette étude abordera l’aspect structural, pragmatique et stylistique des proverbes libyens de notre corpus, en partant de la seconde hypothèse qui considère les proverbes comme des phrasèmes propositionnels, dotés d’une autonomie leur permettant de conserver leur forme lexicale / This study focuses on a semiolinguistic analysis of the “own name”, used in the Libyan proverbs. In this framework, a corpus of 73 proverbs has been analyzed, taken from a book published in 2012 by the linguist A. AGUILA. This corpus has allowed us to test our hypothesis. This one is based on the idea that, in a proverbial statement, a “own name” may have a different function, compared with its function in an ordinary statement. We can specify that this specific proverbial function doesn’t prevent the “own name” from being used as an identification tool.
