Financiamiento eficiente de las prestaciones de salud de los asegurados del SIS en los hospitales e institutos de salud

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar la estructura tarifaria con la que el Seguro Integral (SIS) reconoce a los Hospitales e Institutos por la prestación de salud de sus asegurados, con el fin de proponer la optimización del uso de los recursos que el Estado asigna al SIS, en el marco de la normatividad vigente. La importancia de esta investigación radica en que se ha podido demostrar la duplicidad del financiamiento del costo administrativo que el SIS reconoce a los Hospitales e Institutos de salud con la actual estructura tarifaria, que al momento de cuantificarlo representa recursos monetarios importantes que pueden servir para la mejora del proceso de atención de salud de los asegurados del SIS. / The main objective of this research is to analyze the tariff structure with which the Comprehensive Health Insurance (SIS) recognizes hospitals and institutes for health benefits of their insured people, in order to propose the optimization of the use of resources that the State assigns to SIS, within the framework of the current regulations. The significance of this research is that it has been demonstrated the financing duplication of the administrative cost that SIS recognizes to hospitals and health institutes with the current tariff structure, which at the moment of quantifying it represents important monetary resources that can be used for improvement of the health care process of the insured people. / Tesis
